Tender For Works Dismantling Of 40 Mva Transformer And Complete Erection Of 63 Mva Transformer And Other Associated Work Alongwith Hardware Supply At 132 Kv Substation Surajpur Under Etd-I Noida, 1 Partially draining out transformer oil from the tank in oil drums after due shifting of drums, pipes etc. along with re-shifting of above oil filled drums from site to store with all cost of men, material T&P required for completion of work. 2 Opening of all jumpers of 40 MVA transformer, cutting of earthing strips and opening of electrical connections. 3 Complete dismantling of 40 MVA T/F by opening of radiator, conservator tank, bushing, marshaling box, cooling fans, etc and Packing of bushings of 40 MVA T/F in crates and shifting the all the dismantled material from site to store. 4 Shifting/Dragging of 40 MVA T/F from plinth to nearby open space for a total distance of about 100 Mtr, including turning of main tank if required with all cost of men, material, T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily.(01 Job for each 20 meters = 5 Jobs) 5 Dismantling of HV side LAs and structure and re-erection of these LAs with structure after installation of 63 MVA T/F including earthing etc.(01 Job includes all 03 phase LA). 6 Dragging of 63 MVA T/F Main tank from unloading site to T/F Plinth for a total distance of about 100 Mtr, including turning of main tank if required with all cost of men, material, T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily.(01 Job for each 20 meters = 5 Jobs) 7 Complete erection of 63 MVA T/F by erection of radiator, conservator tank, bushing with its turrets (if available), connecting of all oil pipe lines, erection of cooling fans, marshalling box, making control cable connections to fans, Buchholz Relay, PRV etc.; topping up of T/F oil and final oil filling in tank, radiator, conservator tank, earthing of all accessories and all other associated jobs for completion of work. 8 Replacement of existing old T/F RTCC Panel by new RTCCpanel by opening of control cable, cutting of earthing termination and laying control cables, preparation of cable schedule etc. & shifting of dismantled panel from site to store as per directions of site incharge. Followed by installation and commissioning of new RTCC Panel of new 63 MVA T/F including its earthing, cable laying and terminations as per site requirements. 9 Electrical connection in Marshalling Box of 63 MVA T/F with laying of cables and terminations between RTCC Panel, WTI, OTI, Buchholz Relay, Cooling Fans, OLTC etc. including preparation of cable schedule from interconnection diagram with proper ferruling as per drawing. (Ferrules, Lugs and T&P required for completio of works to be arranged by at his own cost). 10 Providing of Centrifuging Machine and Centrifuging of complete transformer oil to be filled in transformer by connecting centrifuging pipes, circulating the transformer oil through centrifuging machine provided by contractor at his own cost with along with providing duly calibrated BDV machine and PPM kit and taking the BDV & PPM value of the oil periodically as per the instruction of engineer-in-charge till the required values are achieved. 11 Sampling, carriage and testing of adequate number of samples of T/F oil including submission of all pre-commissioning oil tests reports required for charging of transformer. Testing to be conducted only from NABL authorised Test Lab/CPRI Lab Noida. 12 Making delta earthing of 63 MVA T/F with the help of 3 Mtr long electrodes in the shape of triangle with 1.5 mtr sides made by 40mm MS rod and 75X10 mm MS Flat to be connected with Earth-Mat Grid as per technical specifications. 13 Earthing of main tank of 63 MVA T/F at 02 points by using MS Flat of 50X6 and 75X10 mm size, its jointing with earthmat, preparing neutral bushing support for its earthing including all work. 14 Jumpering of T/F from HV side with single Moose/Zebra/ Panther and LV side with double zebra/Moose/Panther complete up to 33 KV main bus. 15 Replacement of all three phases of 36 KV Current Transformer as per instruction manual and technical specifications including shifting of material/equipment from store to site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily including cabling and termination work. 16 Supply 17 36 KV CT Clamps suitable for ACSR Twin Zebra conductor made of aluminum alloy LM-6 complete with galvanized N&B, spring and plain washers. 18 36 KV VCB Clamps suitable for ACSR Twin Zebra conductor made of aluminum alloy LM-6 complete with galvanized N&B, spring and plain washers. 19 36 KV Isolator Clamps suitable for ACSR Twin Zebra conductor made of aluminum alloy LM-6 complete with galvanized N&B, spring and plain washers. 20 Zebra to Zebra spacer 100mm size 21 MS Flat 22 75x10 mm. 23 50x6 mm.
