M&L for 2mm thick Epoxy flooring: primer+3mm epoxy screed+ Copper Tape +One coating of Conductive underoat +2mm counductive top coat.(i) Grinding of base substrate using Diamond Grider.(ii) Cutting of anchor grooves, cracks with stone cutter machine.(iii) Scarification of surface using scarifier.(iv) Through cleaning of all loose un sound particles debries, dust atc using industrial vacum cleaner.(v) Providing & Applying PU Scratch coat on the surface.(vi)Providing & Laying PU Top Coat on the Surface.(vii) Filling all joints with epoxy joint filling chemical all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(viii) Demarcation strips colour as specifoed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for making good cracks/broken edges in slabs (exposed rigid pavement) by cutting ;V\" grooves/making shap[es as diected by Engr-in-Charge nexc 40mmwide at top andn exc 40mm deep and cutting spelled joints sides perpendicular and parallel to edge by mechanical tool as specified, cleaning compreseed air and washing with chemical water solution under pressure and then applying with epoxy mortar with hardener quartz sand (1:0.5.8) weight after priming the cleaned surface with approved proprietary primer of the same manufacturercomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Cgarge.
