Tender For Replacing Fencing Around Steel Yard And Scrap Yard => Limited; 1 Area clearing/ jungle clearing which is causing hindrance along the alignment of fencing about 1 meter in width including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood,trees and saplings and removal of rubbish any where with in the companey premises complete as per the direction of engineer in charge and scope of work. 2 Dismantling and removing damaged RCC fencing posts or struts, including all earth work, removing the fencing/ barbed wires if any, dismantling of concrete in base of fencing post, diposal of the same any where within the company premises complete as per the direction of engineer in charge and scope of work. 3 Dismantling and removing of fencing or struts post, made up of angles/iron pipe including all earth work, removing the fencing/ barbed wires if any, dismantling of concrete in base of fencing post or struts. segragation ,weighing and stacking of dismantled fencing post any where within the companey premises complete as per the direction of engineer in charge and scope of work. 4 Earth work excavation Up to 1.50 m depth for foundation, drains etc in all classes of soil except hard rock requiring blasting including filling in basement , back filling the excavated portions and sides of foundation with the spoil earth in layers, breaking clods, watering, ramming, consolidating, conveying and depositing the excess spoil or filling in low lying area and levelling withinan initial lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m 5 Plain cement concrete work 1:2:4 mix for fixing fencing post using 20 mm and downgrade hard granite broken stones including charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, etc. complete 6 Providing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with MS or deformed bars including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position and tying with black annealed tying wire of 22 gauge, cost of wire etc. complete(Reinforcements will be issued by HOCL at free of cost). 7 Supplying and fixing in position pre-cast RCC fencing posts 150 x 100 mm in section and 2.50 m long, in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20 mm and down grade hard granite broken stones including all charges for boxing, shutterig, mixing, laying, consolidating , curing, providing necessary holes for drawing barbed wire through, finishing the exposed surfaces neat with cement mortar 1:3, 6mm thick, conveying carefully and fixing in position to lines and levels, etc. complete but excluding cost of reinforcement. 8 Fabrication and errection of structural steel work for fencing posts with structural steel items, including conveying, fabrication and erection of structural steel work bolted or welded at all levels as per scope of drawing cutting, welding, cleaning, erecting and painting with two coats of zinc chromate primer (one shop coat and one coat after erection) and two coats of chemical resistant enamel paint of approved quality and colour over the primer necessary MS bolts and nuts other than holding down bolts.(Structural steel required for the work except bolts and nuts will be supplied by the company at free of cost). 9 Providing new barbed wire / Replacing the damaged barbed wire fencing with new GI barbed wire drawn through the holes provided in the fencing post or by buckling the pins provided in posts including dipping in hot asphalt 80/100, tightening to full rigidity without any sagging etc. complete with 2 strand 4 points type II barbed wire.including cost of all materials and labour etc.(2.5 mm dia line wire and point wire with barbs at a distance of 75mm) including disposal of debrices at places pointed out anywhere within the company premises.etc. 10 Replacing damaged GI chain link fencing with pvc coated G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required.pvc coated G.I. chain link fabric fencing shall be Made of G.I. wire of dia. 3.5 mm or nearest size, PVC coated to achieve outer dia not less than 5 mm in required colour and shade. including dismantling and removing existing gi chain link fencing , weighing and stacking any where within the companey premises .complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge and scope of work. 11 Repairing existing damaged ms gate( average size of 6m x1.75m) to servicable condition including all necessary repair works. supplying and fixing neccesary hinges . including cost of hinges,labour,hire charges for welding machine etc .complete as per direction of engineer in charge and scope of work. 12 Painting ,priming coat on new/old iron works with approved quality Zinc chromate yellow primer after rubbing with emery paper and cleaning the surface well at all heights for structural steel members, gate, fencing posts,stay posts...etc. 13 Painting with syntheticc enamel paint two coats of approved quality and colour to new/old surfaces of structural steel works doors ,windows of steel/wood etc. after rubbing with sand paper and cleaning well the surfaces including cost of all labour,materials and scaffolding etc.at all heights.
