Tender For Development Of Rooftop Solar Power Projects On Buildings Of Nhpc Limited At The Various Locations Under Pm Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana; 1 DC Distribution Boxes (DCDB) including Suitable Switchgears/ ACBs / MCCB or LBS. 2 AC Distribution Boxes (ACDB) including Suitable Switchgears/ ACBs / MCCB or LBS. 3 Protection System including Earthing, Lighting & Surge Protection 4 Cabling (AC & DC) 5 Tranformer (If applicable) 6 Remote Monitoring System 7 Conduite, pipes and accessories 8 Module washing system 9 Evacuation System 10 Misc. Equipment which is required for the project (other than specified above) 11 Total of (A) 12 SPV Module 13 MCCB 14 Electronic Card for PCU, if appicable 15 IGBT Unit for PCU, if applicable 16 Semiconductor Fuses , if applicable 17 Module Connector Set (Male & Female) with wire 18 DC Cable (SPV module to SCB) 19 DC cable (SCB to PCU) to highest size 20 AC cable of highest size 21 WTI with contacts of Transformer,if applicable 22 Total of (B) 23 TOTAL of (A+B) 24 The PV modules(Crystalline / Thin Film Solar Panel (>= 500Wp) shall be purchased from class-I local supplier. Solar PV modules capacity to be used should adhere to the Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) of Solar Photovoltaic Modules (Requirement for Compulsory Registration) Order 2019 - Implementation issued vide OM NO. 283/54/2018-GRID SOLAR -Part (I) Dated 10th March 2021 and subsequent amendments. 25 Inverters / PCU should be purchased from Class 1 Supplier and Inverters / PCU should comply with applicable IEC / equivalent BIS standard for efficiency measurements and environmental tests as per standard codes IEC 61683/IS 61683, IS 16221 (Part 2), IS 16169 and IEC 60068-2(1,2,14,30) /Equivalent BIS Std. 26 In case any equipment(s) indicated in the list are not applicable to the particular design offered by bidder, the bidder should offer equipment(s) applicable to offer design with quantities in line with approach followed in the above list. 27 In case the description / quantity for any item mentioned in this schedule is at variance from what has been stated in the technical specifications and its subsequent classifications, the stipulations of the Technical Specification and its subsequent amentment and classification shall prevail. 28 As such Item Schedule includes all Items/equipment necessary to complete the entire scope of works indicated in the Technical Specification & drawings and Bidding documents, Bidder shall ensure that items not covered here but required to make the equipment / system complete in all respect for its safe and reliable, efficient and trouble free working / operation without any problem. 29 Identification: Each equipment shall be cleary marked and lebeled on the outside of the packing with description when more than one part is packed in the single case, a general description of the contents shall be shown on the outside of such case and a detailed list enclosed. All cases, containers and other packeages must be suitably marked 30 The price quoted in Schedule No. 1shall be included all applicable taxes as on 28 days prior to Bid Submission date. 31 The bidder shall clearly specify the HSN/SAC codes for the items at the places specified in the bid. Any tax applicable but not quoted by the bidder shall be deemed to be included in the all inclusive rates quoted by the bidder. 32 Any technical parameters indicated above are for reference only. Bidder shall refer the technical specifications for details. 33 Any item of work not mentioned in the above particulars but written elsewhere in the scope of work or in Employer’s Requirement (Technical Specifications) or essentially required for completion of works, proper operation and maintenance of Solar Power Plant , safety of equipment and operating personnel shall be deemed to have been included in the above particulars.
