Tender For Comprehensive Maintenance Of External Water Supply And Distribution System For Dgre Rdc, Manali At Age(I) R And D Manali. ; 1 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exe 1.5 m in depth in any type of hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3 Removing excavated material not exc 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the statring point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 4 Taking up or down GI tubing including disconnecting complete 80 mm dia pipe line complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 5 All as per Srl item No. 4.00 above, but of size 40 or 50 mm dia. 6 All as per Srl item No. 4.00 above, but of size 20 or 25 mm dia. 7 Supply and fixGI water tubing medium grade ,of size 80 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 8 All as per Srl item No. 7.00 above but of size 50 mm bore. 9 All as per Srl item No. 7.00 above, but of size 40 mm bore. 10 All as per Srl item No. 7.00 above, but of size 25 mm bore. 11 All as per Srl item No. 7.00 above, but of size 20 mm bore. 12 Taking down unserviceable sluice valve of size 80-150 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Supply and fixingsluice valve flanged end drilled type with steel spindle including nuts, bolts and jointing materials complete all as specified and class PN-1.6ISI markedof size 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 All as per Srl item No. 13.00 above, but 100 mm dia bore. 15 All as per Srl item No. 13.00 above, but 150 mm dia bore. 16 M&L in repair/replacement for gun metal globe or gate valve 40/50 mm bore with iron wheel head screwed both ends for pipe line and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 17 All as per Srl item No. 16.00 above, but of size 25 mm bore. 18 All as per Srl item No. 16.00 above, But of size 20 mm bore. 19 M&L for cutting existing steel tubing of 40/50 mm pipe for alterations or additions(each cut Measured) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 Lagging to pipes used in internal water supply or plumbing all round with 25mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed SNAP ON pipe sections of density 144 Kg/cum conforming to IS 9842 (On pipe of internal dia in 25/20 mm) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 21 M&L for alam or aluminium sulphate (KAl(SO₄)₂·12H₂O) for mixing in sadimentation tank for cleaning the water as and when required or complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 22 M&L forbleaching powder for mixing the bleaching powder in water tank for water supply complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 23 M&L for repair/replacement of stone masonry valve pit of size 90x90x90 cm (internal dimension) including all excavation PCC work, earth work and disposal of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed by Engr-in-Charge including plasteringinternally and pointing to wall externally as work proceeds complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 24 M&L for repair/replacement of stone masonry valve pit of size 45x45x45 cm (internal dimension) including all excavation PCC work, earth work and disposal of soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed by Engr-in-Charge including plasteringinternally and pointing to wall externally as work proceeds complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 25 S&F for structural steel section supportfor covering valve pit of size 90x90x90 cm with angle of Size 50*50*6 and ,mild steel sheet having thickness 1.6mm, along of bracing, support clamps and back plates fabricated including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 26 repair/maint of burnt submersible fountain motor with pump water proof 3 hp capacity incl winding, leak proof for under water operation with 5m subersible cable 3 core 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by EIC. 27 M & L for cutting exisitng bitumenous road surfaces not more than 150 mm thick, removing for laying of pipes/cables, making good with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 20 mm graded aggregate to match with the adjustant surface. Note Excavation and earth work below 150 mm thick will be measured and paid under relevent items.
