Tender For Improvements To Sh-73 Unkal Village Via Hulakoppa Nh-4 (Ah-47) Upto Bypass In Hubballi Taluka; 1 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.including all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete..with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 2 Excavation for roadwork in soil by hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location, with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m,including all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete. .with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 3 Scarifying the existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1000 metres including all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete. (i) By Mechanical Means using Hydraulic excavator.with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 4 Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for subgrade construction including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete. .with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 5 Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layers not exceeding 250 mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction ofmaximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador,consolidation by rollerincluding all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, usage charges of machinery etc., complete .with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 6 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost ofall materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., completeGrading-V Material (Close graded) .with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 7 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layersin sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% includingprotection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete,.A.Laying Using Mechanical Paver .with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 8 Providing and applying primer coat with SS1bitumen emulsion complying IS-8887on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, includingcost of allmaterials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, include lead for emulsion.with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 9 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying includingcost of allmaterials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, include lead for emulsion.Tack Coat on Granular surfaces treated with primer .with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 10 Providing and applying tack coat with VG 10 grade bitumenusing bitumenpressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom & dusting by air compressor and spraying includingcost of allmaterials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, loading & unloading etc., complete, ..On black topped surface .with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 11 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respectsincluding cost of all materialsall labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete, Grading - II.with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 12 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler @2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materialsall labour, usage charges of all machinery all lead, lifts, loading, unloading stacking transporting etc., complete,. Grading - II). .with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 13 Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8, fixing in position including painting and printing letters etc., includingcost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, usage charges of machinery, unloading transporting etc., complete.(ii)Ordinary kilometer stone (precast)..with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 14 Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8, fixing in position including painting and printing letters etc., includingcost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, usage charges of machinery, unloading transporting etc., complete..(i)Hectometer stone (precast)..with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 15 Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including, barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC-35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foriegn matter, demarcation at site, traffuc control,cost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete..with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 16 Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered,LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive and complete as directed by the engineer, including cost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete..with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 17 Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-C Type XI retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet including lettering depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.60mtrs high (min effective height 1.90 mtrs),3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67,including curing, cost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete..with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 18 Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick or Aluminum composite material sheet with overall thickness of 4mm with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm fixed over back support frame of min 35 x 35 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB 3.20 mm thick, 3.60mtrs hight, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing,including curing, cost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete.. .with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 19 Providing and erecting Project Display Board of size 1.80 verticalx1.60M Horizontal made of Cold Rolled Coil Sheet 16 Guage (1.6mm thickness) sheeting sthrenghtened by welding to MS angle of size 35x35x5mm iron framework on all sides, extra cross vertical angle fixed using nuts and bolts, base of the board shall be cleaned, applying red oxide and black paint by sprayer on both sides of the board and all MS iron frameworks, background of the facing side of the board painted in traffic yellow, project information written in English/Kannada/Hindi, painting letters and numerals in black, fixed on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level and the board 2.8M from ground level as per approved drawing (Excluding cost of lettering)including cost of all materialsall labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading transporting etc., complete .with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work 20 ‘Repairs to Machinehole for different depths including removal of debris, levelling the brick masonry, construction of brick masonry upto Ground level, providing CC coping alround the MH cover, plastering both inside and outside to the brick masonry and fixing of manhole frame and cover, curing, refilling with appurtenances complete.with all lead and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in charge of work
