Tender for repair work of wall, ceiling, room on first and second floor of RTC canteen at Police Line Bijnor, Lot 7, 1 Distempring 2 coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on undecorated wall surface to with an even shade over and including a primer coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of British, `Shalimar asian paint after throughtly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other froeign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials. As per S.I. No. 649+650 2 Painting two coats over previously painted old surface on wood or steel and metal surface with superior quality of synthetic enamal paint of standard make brushing to give an even shade and finished and including cleaning the suface all durt dust and other froeign metter sand perparing and stripping including cost matter and scoured with wire brushes fine steel/ wood scrappers san preparing and kontting including coat of all and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work Ch. 15. N.I [2+3(iii)] 3 supply and fixing 6mm thick china glazed tiles of first quality in skirting or dado laid with 1:3 cement and apporved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (SI No. 628) 4 Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels ) polethylene water stroage tank ISI: 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necressary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. (Ch. 22 18.48) 5 Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle value for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality coforming to IS:89,31 (15 mm nominal bore ). As per S.I. No. 18.53.1. 6 Providing and fixing CP. Brass long nose bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standar and wighing not less than 690 gms. (15 mm nominal bore ). As per S.I. No. 18.52.1. 7 Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931. As per S.I. No. 18.49.1 8 Providing and fixing white vitreous china wash basin including making all connectoins but excluding the cost of fittings : flat back wash basin of size 630x450mm. As per S.I.
