Tender For Work Of Dismantling , Shifting Of 40 Mva (Ece Make) Transformer And Erection Of 63 Mva Transformer , Centrifuging And Other Associated Work At 132 Kv S/S Rudrapur Under Etd, Deoria, 1 Dismantling of 40 MVA ECE make Transformer drain out Transformer oil up to required level , removal of all radiators , conservator tank , all oil pipe lines , HV/LV / Neutral Bushing , removal of the HV / LV turrets , fan and marshalling box etc. Blanking of radiator , oil pipe lines , conservator tank proper gaskets along with nuts and bolts etc. 2 Shifting of main tank of 40 MVA T/F (ECE make) at 132 KV S/s Rudrapur under ETD, Deoria to loading place (about 20 Meters distance including turning of tank if required) 3 Additional shifting of 40 MVA Transformer ( ECE make) up to 70 Meters @ 5 Meters per Job. 4 Shifting of main tank of 63 MVA T/Fat 132 KV S/s Rudrapur under ETD, Deoria to loading place (about 20 Meters distance including turning of tank if required) 5 Additional shifting of 63 MVA Transformerup to 150 Meters @ 5 Meters per Job. 6 Complete Erection of 63 MVA , 132/33 KV Transformer by erection of radiator , conservator tank , all bushing their turrets , connecting all pipe lines , cooling fans , motor drive mechanism of Tap charger , RTCC Panels , oil pumps and associated oil pipe lines etc. to complete the job satisfactorily including first filling of oil and tooping up of Transformer oil (not circulation) in tank radiators, oil pipe lines , conservator tank etc. and attending the oil leakage , if any and all other associated work for satisfactorily completion of work. No departmental crane / T&P shall be provided during erection of radiators , oil pipe lines , conservator tank etc. New Gaskets will be provided by the contractor. 7 Centrifusing of Fresh Transformer oil and filling of balance oil in to the Transformer with machine , operator and to provide final BDV & PPM Testing results . Machine and Operator provided by Contractor. 8 Dismantling of Old cable connection of 40 MVA T/F and its RTCC Panels . Re-Termination and re-ferruling as per new cable schedule of 63 MVA T/F and RTCC Panel. 9 Dismantling of 132 KV LA , Cutting of earthing , opening of Jumpers structures etc. of 40 MVA T/F and re-erection of 132 KV LA . Complete earthing and Jumpering for new erected 63 MVA T/F at 132 KV S/s Rudrapur . 10 Laying of various size 10x2.5 mm , 6x2.5 mm , 4x2.5 mm and 2x2.5 mm Control cable to total approx. 01 Km. length in the cable trench from control relay / RTCC Panel to Transformer marshalling / Drive mechanism as per cable schedule , its sadding as every 75 mm distance with MS saddles of size 52x3 mm . Size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back to the store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 11 Termination of different size ( 10x2.5 mm , 6x2.5 mm , 4x2.5 mm and 2x2.5 mm ) of above lead control cable . 12 Proper Packing of HV/ LV Neutral Bushing of dismantled Transformer including proper wrapping with polythene sheets in the wooden creats got empty after taking out bushing of 40 MVA Transformer. 13 Replacement of 03 Nos. 33 KV CT with new 03 Nos. LV CT and associated work i.e. Jumpering , earthing etc. 14 Earthing of 63 MVA , 132/33 KV Transformer including MB , OLTC , RTCC etc. with MS Flat to be provided by the department as required including painting of MS Strip with green enamel paint above ground surface. 15 Jumpering of the 63 MVA Transformer. 16 HV side with Single ACSR Panther Conductor. 17 LV side with Single ACSR Moose Conductor.
