Tender For Laying Cement Concrete Cane Yard Work; 1 Earth work excavationby deploying machineries for foundationand yard in all soils and sub soils to full depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting but including shoring, strutting & baling out water wherever necessary including clearing spreading levelling refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cms thick well rammed watered consolidated etc., including depositing the surplus earth with in the lead up to 500 meters and lift of 2 meters etc., complete complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Engineers. 2 Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement 5M sand & 10 HBG aggregate) using 40mm HBG stone jelly for foundation & flooring including consolidating curing dewatering if found necessary etc., complete complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Engineers. 3 Providing, laying and compacting well graded coarse gravel for sub grade in accordance with the requirements of the specifications. The material shall be laid in one (or) more layers as sub baseincluding cost ofgravel, compacting by roller up to required density ,consolidation etc as per standard specification. 4 Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, two M sand & Four HBG aggregate ) mix using 20mm HBG stone jelly for floor finishing including machine mixing laying ramming consolidating etc., with all leads and lift for materials and concrete complete finishing curing etc., complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Engineers 5 Providing and laying reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, twoM sand & Four HBG aggregate ) mix using 20mm HBG stone jelly for floor finishing including machine mixing laying ramming consolidating etc., with all leads and lift for materials and concrete complete finishing curing etc., complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Engineers 6 providing Centering with shuttering and soffits for plain and reinforced cement concrete items complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineers incharge of the works 7 Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS rods including cost of steel and binding wire including cleaning the rods bending straightening cutting and fabricating and tying grills in position etc., complete for all reinforced cement concrete complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the Engineers. 8 supplying anf fixing of expansion joints using 20 mm thick bituminous pads to the required length andheight in the top concrete layer including costofmaterials to site and all labour charges etc., complete..
