Tender For Renovation Of Kitchen Shed At Mangalanadu West Pums In Mangalanadu Panchayat; 1 Renovation of Kitchen Shed at Mangalanadu West PUMS in Mangalanadu Panchayat 2 Dismantling the existing damaged Pressed tilesincludingall labour charges etc.complete 3 Chipping of concrete and roughening the Surface 4 Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. 5 Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 6 Plastering with CM 1:3, 10mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 7 Providing Granolithic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc comoplete 8 Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 20 cm X 20 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.(New Tiles - 10%) 9 White washing two coatsusing shell lime including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc comoplete 10 Distempering the old walls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete 11 Re Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete 12 Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete 13 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for total overall quoted amount above this row in column BB for all works in this package}
