including transportation from one place to another place within Tamilnadu in alluvival soil or sedimentary strata of clay and sand or sand, stone, shale, pebbles, boulders etc., by first taking a pilot bore of 140 mm/150mm direct or reverse rotatry mud and circulation method using rotary rig , fuel, labour, drilling, betonite mud and water required for drilling at the site.Site will be shown by the TWAD officers icluding construction of mud pit using Calyx rigare to be used. 7 Reaming from140mm/150mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore as directed by the TWAD Board Officers upto 60m depth ending from ground level. 8 Labour charges for inserting PVC casing pipes (with slots or without slots) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC couplers with cement pasete etc., complete supply and packing the annular space with pebbles of size & quality as approved by the Executive Engineer,TWAD Board 9 Flushing of borewell of 6 dia requiring less than 8hours operation using foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not more 15 cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying to standard specification. 20 Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Using 40mm ISS size Hand Broken granite stone jelly for Foundation and flooring including labour charges for mixing concrete watering and laying the concrete in layers not more the 15cms thickcompacting etc departmental gauge for taking pre measurements by departmental officers and including labour charges for spreading the gravelas per standard specification etc. complete. 42 Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. 43 Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it. 44 Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., 45 Providing and laying Premix carpet with seal coat type A for 20 mm consolidated thickness 0.18cum of 13.20 mm and 0.09 cum of 11.20 mmwith 14.60 kg of 60/70 grade bitumen for pre mixing for 10 sqm for premix carpet and 0.09 cum
