[For New work only] 24 Ground floor 25 Fixing Vitrifiedtiles in dados, skirting and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster(1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to matche shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing completeasper direction of Engineer-in-charge. 26 Ground floor 27 Fixing industrial chequred tiles in Floors, Treads on steps & landing on 25 mm thick bed of cementmortar[1:1]joinedwithneat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the Tilesincludingrubbingandpolishing complete including rubbingandpolishingetc. completeincludingwateringand curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and excludingGST of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect. 28 Ground floor 29 Fixing Ceramic Glazed walltiles in Dado, Skirting and rises of steps on 12 mm thick cementmortar [1:3] joinedwithneatcement slurrymixedwithpigmenttomatchtheshadeoftheTiles includingrubbingandpolishingcomplete includingrubbing and polishing etc. complete including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and excluding GST of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect. 30 Ground floor 31 Wall Priming onecoats on new work with wall water bound primer ofapproved shadeas per direction of Engg-in-Charge. 32 Ground floor 33 FinishinginsidewallswithDistemperofapprovedshadeon new work two coats to give an even shade including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and excluding GST of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect. 34 Ground floor 35 Painting two coats with weather seal coat paint over a coat of primer with water bound cement paint including cost, conveyance, excluding GST of all materials, labour and T&P etc. complete. 36 Ground floor 37 Supplying ,fitting, fixing of factory made single leaf rigid FRP composite door shutter of 32mm thick,laminated with to GRP skins with wood grain finished fabricated using UV stabilized Isopthalic gal coat and one layer of 450 gsm E-glass chopped strand mat (CSM) impregnated with orthopathalic ,polyster resin including fitting of all fixtures like hinges,towerbolt,handle,aldrop etc with cost,conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete. 38 Ground floor 39 Supply fitting and fixing MS grill with Iron work wrought and put up in window grating including drilling holes in choukathas etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge . 40 Ground floor 41 Enamel Painting two coats with enamel paint over one coat of primer of approved quality etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge . 42 Ground floor 43 Laying fixing of precast ring of 0.9mtr dia , 0.3mtr heightand 0.05 mtr thick with all fitting. 44 ELECTRIFICATION 45 Recssed wiring to light point & Exhaust fan point with 1.5 sqmm FR PVC Insulated single core multistandard copper conductor of ISI marked with 20mm dia non metalic PVC flexible conduit with 5A ,250V modular type switch of ISI marked & ceiling rose of ISI markedmounted on MS BOXhavingfront back light cover of suitable size, MS box with 1.5 sqmm FR PVCinsulated single core multistrand copper conductor and earth wire including all accessories and connection as per direction of Engineer in charge(make of wire=Finollex/L& T/Anchor/Havels/V-guard/Great white)(deducting the cost of S/Fof 100mmx100mmx60mm M.S Box with Backlite cover-1no)Group-A(1.1.1.1-1.24.2) 46 -do- Group-B(1.1.2-1.24.2) 47 -do- Group-C(1.1.3 - 1.24.2) 48 Ressed wiring to Fan point in Group-B
