No. Item Description1 Perform all checking work.2 Greasing of all grease nipples.3 Checking of brake valve, air dryer, brake pipe, diaphragm brake chamber, system protection valve and hand brake and repair/replace as per requirement.4 Checking of fan belt tension and replacing tensioner as per requirement.5 Adjusting engine taps and tightening head.6 Repairing of tie rod and pull and push rod.7 Replacing all filters and lubricants.8 Checking of clutch plate, pressure plate, flywheel and gear box and adjusting or replacing as per requirement. 9 Work of wheel alignment.10 Work of opening crown wheel and setting play and if it is damaged, repair it.11 Work of changing all four springs.12 Work of stopping all diesel and lubricant leakage.13 Work of checking all hose pipes and pressure pipes of the engine and replacing the damaged pipes.14 Work of opening P shaft and checking it and repairing it as per requirement.15 Work of checking shocker and replacing it if it is damaged.16 Work of changing radiator and intercooler.17 Work of repairing steering gear box.18 Work of opening turbo charger, AC unit and repairing it.19 Work of checking all meters and replacing them if they are damaged.20 Work of replacing brake drum and brake lining. 21 Checking BS-4/BS-6 vehicles with diagnostic tools and removing faults if any.22 Cleaning silencers in BS-4/BS-6 vehicles.23 Greasing and overhauling of all four wheels.24 Changing FI pump and injector.25 Overhauling king pin.26 Inserting engine ring.27 Loading and dismounting engine.28 Putting vehicle on road after road test.
