Tender For Undertaking Defect Rectification Of Defect Sl No. E06, E-07, E08, E-09, H-05, H-06, H07 And L-09 Onboard Icgs C-153 On Lte Basis; 1 Work Package: 2 E-06 A pin hole observed from fuel duplex filter outlet to PME line. Resulted leakage of fuel. Leakage to be arrested and pipe line to be pressure tested upto 3 bar. Mat- SS Dia – 40 MM. 3 E-07 A hair line cracked observed from shaft seal cooling pipe line in silencer compartment. Leakage to be arrested and pipe to be pressure tested upto 3 bar. Mat – SS, Dia- 40MM. 4 E-08 A hair line cracked observed from stbd DA sea water pump suction pipe line. Resulted in leakage of sea water. Leakage to be arrested and pipe line to be pressure tested upto 3 bar. 5 E-09 Sea water leakage observed from following fire main system pipe lines. Leakage to be arrested and pipe line to be pressure tested upto 6 bar. Mat- SS, Dia- 65 MM. (i) Fire & GS Pump Discharge pipe line. (ii) Sea water line to fire hydrant of engine room. 6 H-05 04 in nos. Supporting angles of HMG base mounting is corroded in rough sea. Defect to be rectified by fabrication/welding as per sample. All inway jobs included. Mat- SS 7 H-06 20 in no. Fire extinguisher stands alongwith securing arrangement deteriorated view aging. Same neeed to be repaired/renewed as per sample. All inway jobs included.Mat- Wood 8 H-07 Top surface of ration stowage locker in ship’s galley is deteriorated due to corrosion. Same need to be fabricated/renewed. All inway jobs include. Mat- SS, size-2.5X0.5 sq mtr. 9 L-09 Ships domestic Refrigerator not working. Suspect PCB not working properly. Defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory performance (Make: Samsung)
