Sl. No. Item Description 1 Dismantling RCC work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material with in distance of50 m leadas directed by Engineer in charge.(DAR NO 15.3) 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).(DAR 4.1.2) 3 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an overall rates), wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bends, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured upto floor two level. (SI NO 504-Hardoi) 4 Mild steel or iron work in small size and section such as holding down bolt, hold fast tie rods, etc. wrought to required form including drilling holes, riveting or welding where necessary and their fixing required for proper completion of the work. (S.I.No. 502-Hardoi) 5 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves,chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills,staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.(DAR 5.3) 6 Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.(10.19) 7 Dismentling of steel work in single sectionincluding dismembering and stacking of dismantled materials as directed by Engineer in charge with in distance of50 m lead In:Channels,angles,tees and Flats.(DAR NO 15.17.2) HardoiISMB 250 X 125 mm I shape Girder 8 Ms or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses,built up gates,door frames,record racks roof work,gates etc wroght to required formincluding drilling holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also including supply bolts, nuts etc. and there fixing required for proper completion of work .(SI No 503) HardoiISMB 300 X 140 mm I shape Girder 9 Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete. DAR No. -10.19 10 Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to joints and cleaning the the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (DAR 15.56) 11 12mm thick cement plaster 1:4 cement and coarse sand( FM 1.25) mortar over brickwork including supply of all materials, labour and T&P et. required for proper completion of work. (DAR. 13.4.1) 12 Wall painting with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work (For Internal wall ).(DAR 13.60.1) Hardoi 13 Finishing walls with two or more coat of acrolic smooth exterier paint of required shade including primer coat of exterier primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material including curing and supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work. (DSR 13.46.1) Hardoi 14 Providing and fixing of 1 mm. thick MS Sheet doors with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm MS gusset plates at the junction and corner all necessary fittings including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using flate 30x6 mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece.
