Tender For Repair To Sewage Line And Cleaning Of Septic Tank, Sewage Line And Manholes At Af Stn Nal; 1 Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description an in any position complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition of cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. 3 Demolition of Brick masonry built in cement mortar and removing of debris off the land upto 50m all as directed by Engr-In-Charge in foul condition, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for providing PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Cleaning/clearing of sewage line upto 150mm dia mechanically by using suction (vaccume) machine from WC to manholes or from cleaning eyes including getting out sludge/ waste from manholes and well flushing after cleaning, removing sludge/ waste to low lying area as directed by Engineer-in-charge (upto 1.5m depth from top of MH to bottom of pipe) all as specified and directed.Note : The suction machine and sewer jetting machine shall be arranged by contractor as directed by Engineer-in-charge during the contract period at his own cost. 7 All as per item No. 6.00 but 200mm dia sewage lines. 8 Taking out existing of NT/ floor trap CI grating and cleaning of sludges/ slit from NT floor trap including roding CI/PVC pipe from NT/ floor trap to gully trap etc in position including removing of rubbish to a distance n.exc 100mm complete all as specified and directed. 9 Cleaning the blockage in IWC, EWC, including roding CI/PVC pipe after opening the oval asses door of CI/PVC bend CI/PVC branch piece (T) etc upto first MH and placing the OAD in position & removing the rubbish to a distance n.exc 100m complete all as specified and directed 10 Taking out of gully trap cover and CI grating and cleaning of sludges/ silt from gully traps including rodings SGSW/ RCC pipe from gully trap to 1st manhole length n.exc 3.0m) and placing back CI grating/PCC cover etc in position including removing of rubbish to a distance n.exc 100 RM complete all as specified and directed 11 Dewatering of septic tank/Soakage well, any size any depth, cleaning and taking out effluent water from septic tank by mechanical means as in foul conditions and confined places, filled in closed containers of capacity 5000 Litre each to the full capacity and disposed offat dumping site outside MoD, authorised by Local Administration complete all as specified and directed.Note: Record of disposal of effluent water shall be maintained by the contractor in a pucca bound register. Entry for each trip disposing off the effluent water in container with tractor RC Number carrying the container shall be made in the register and each shall be signed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Desilting of manhole complete by removing all scum, sludge, silt (both organic and inorganic nature) by manual labourmechanical scraper and disposal of the same and buried in trenches etc, as in foul condition for any depth complete all as specified and directed.Note: Net contents of sludge shall be measured at the time of removal and paid. Quoted rate of tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of deqatering as required and nothing extra shall be admissible to te contractor on this account.(Sludge/ sludge water shall be diposed off in closed container authorized dumping site delared by local administration outside MD land as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 13 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains, cesspits, manholes, pier holes and NP2 pipes etc(not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) and getting out in any kind of soil, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 14 All as per item No 13 but depth exc 1.50 mtr but n exc 3.00 mtr in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan n exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, honeycomb brick walling straight or curved on plan n exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 18 M&L PCC 1:3:6 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel, drains, benching and finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement including necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed 19 M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc., including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered and throating with necessary form works complete all as specified and directed 20 M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately. 21 Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) all as specified 22 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m and getting out in any kind of soil, as directed by dia. 30 S&F 150mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and jointed as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 31 All as item No 30but 200mm dia. 32 M&L, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate concrete bedding to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed 33 All as item No 32 but 200mm dia. 34 Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. 35 M&L precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of manholes, Drain etc, set
