Dismantling Deteriorated Rcc Chajjas, Providing Galvalume Sheet Chajja And Carrying Out Allied Civil Works Of A And B Buildings At Dindoshi Staff Quarters, Goregaon East. - 1 Civil Works 2 Providing & erecting sturdy steel H – frame scaffolding at any height, making proper platforms at required levels to work on & for debris collection, covering entire surface with jute kantan including necessary supports etc. for the entire duration of the works including dismantling & taking away on completion of work from the site etc. complete. 3 10mm thick cement plaster withneeru finish by using Readymix Mortar. 4 20 mm thick cement plaster withneeru finish by using Readymix Mortar. 5 Sand faced cement plaster (in two coats)(for replastering by using Ready Mix Mortar). 6 Readymix Polymer modified mortar applied to the deteriorated concrete surfaces of RCC structural members viz. Columns, Beams and Slabs includingproviding antirust treatment to the exposed reinforcement etc completed as per Special Specification. 7 10 cm x 10 cm size c.m. (1:2) vata using waterproofing compound. 8 Structural steel work with two coats of `B Class enamel paint over a coat of primer. The weight of welding shall not be measured. 9 12mm dia Anchor fastner Bolt fixed in position as directed by the Engineer. a) Length 150mm to 200mm 10 Providing & fixing semi corrugated Galvalume (PPGL-comax1000 or equivalent) roofing sheet including PVC /Rubber coated G.I.bolts (J / L shape)/ self-tapping screw of required size with rubber washer as per special specification 11 15 mm dia. UPVC (Sch.80) pipes with G I fittings including necessary excavation, refilling, scaffolding, making holes in wall, reinstatement etc complete as directed by the Engineer. 12 20 mm dia. UPVC (Sch.80) pipes with G I fittings including necessary excavation, refilling, scaffolding, making holes in wall, reinstatement etc complete as directed by the Engineer. 13 25 mm dia. UPVC (Sch.80) pipes with G I fittings including necessary excavation, refilling, scaffolding, making holes in wall, reinstatement etc complete as directed by the Engineer. 14 Refixing the existing brass bib cocks/ stop cocks/pillar cocks of any size 15 Refixing the existing G I pipe lines of any size including `B class enamel painting 16 75 mm dia UPVC waste and vent pipe line including necessary fittings as per `Special Specifications. 17 110 mm dia UPVC rain water pipe line including necessary fittings, fixtures, etc as required and as per `Special Specification. 18 110 mm dia UPVC soil pipe line including necessary fittings, fixtures, etc as required and as per `Special Specifications. 19 100mm PVC Nahani Trap 20 Providing clamping arrangment for downtake drainage / water supply pipes as shown on drawing No 69- 30251 and as directed by the Engineer ( M S supporting bracket will be measured and paid under separate schedule item of structural steel work ) 21 G I U clamp with nuts and bolt arrangement for C I / UPVC drain pipes of various diametres . 22 G I clamp with nuts and bolts arrangment for G I pipe of various diametres 23 Providing 5 mm thick G.I. clamp (brackets) arrangement for downtakepipes of any diametres to be fixed on the wall with necessary nailing etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer 24 Refixing the existing drain pipes of any size including cleaning and necessary painting and reinstating the damaged portion of masonry walls, cornices, etc complete. 25 Breaking plain or reinforced cement concrete including stacking serviceable materials neatly and carting away debris out of the Undertakings premises. 26 Removing the existing plaster of any finish and of any thickness from walls, ceilings, terrace parapet wall internally and external plaster at any height from ground. 27 Removing the damaged / corroded existing G I pipe lines of any diameter (underground and above ground) and handing over the released material to the Undertaking including reinstating the surfaces to match with existing surrounding surfaces. 28 Removing drain pipes (soil, waste water, rain water or vent) of any size with all its accessories. 29 Cutting reinforcement steel by electric cutter/grinder of RCCmember at any height stacking neatly at siteand handing over to the Undertaking. 30 Transporting released scraped reinforced steel ,G.I .pipes, C.I. pipes etc from Dindoshi Staff Quarters to Oshiwara Scrap Yard as directed by Eingineers 31 Weldmesh jalli 50 mm x 25 mm (3.15 mm dia bothway) fixed in position including `B Class enamel painting completely (M S flat / angle / T W required for frame work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item). 32 G I Sheet inverted funnel (20 gauge) fixed to downtake pipe line generally as shown on drawing No 69-27064 33 100 mm dia C I/PVC/GI pipe line. 34 75 mm dia C I/PVC/GI pipe line.
