Carrying out Special repairs works by providing chemical treatment to the RCC Structural members and allied civil works of Traffic Building at Santacruz Bus Depot. -Under Section 353-B of MMC Act 1888 - 1 Civil Works 2 2nd class brick masonry23 cm thick in C.M. (1:6) 3 2nd class half brick masonryin C.M. (1:4) 4 Providing and erecting sturdy steel H-frame scaffolding at any height, making proper platforms at required levels to work on and for debris collection, covering entire surface with jute kantan including necessary supports etc. for the entire duration of the works including dismantling and taking away on completion of work from the site etc. complete. 5 Providind and fixing temporary nylon safety net of approved quality/colour and design having combination of mesh of approx. 8mm thick rope having spacing 150mm X 150mm and approx. 12mm thick rope for periphery (outer edge) along with approx. 2mm thick nylon mesh (single cord) 25mm X 25mm with necessary support at suitable level to tie this net horizontally and to make proper arrangement to safely catch falling debris, C.C. lumps, broken A.C. sheets etc. during progress of work to safeguard pedestrain/staff movement below and removing the net after completion of work as directed by the Engineer. 6 Cement concrete (1:2:4) bed blocks, sills, coping, lintels and pile caps 7 Sand faced cement plaster (in two coats) for replastering work by using Readymix Mortar. 8 10mm thick cement plaster with neeru finish by using Readymix Mortar. 9 20mm thick cement plaster with neeru finish by using Readymix Mortar. 10 20mm thick cement plaster finished smooth with neat cement by using Readymix Mortar. 11 Polymer modified mortar of thickness upto 10mm applied to the deteriorated concrete surfaces of non-structural RCC members viz. Chajjas, fins, projected bands, pardi, etc. including providing antirust treatment to the exposted reinforcement etc complete and as per Special Specifications. 12 Readymix Polymer modified mortar applied to the deteriorated concrete surfaces of RCC structural members viz. Columns, Beams and Slabs including providing antirust treatment to the exposed reinforcement etc complete.as per ‘Special Specification’. 13 Providing & applying premix repair treatment to deteriorated RCC member (slab, beams & columns) at any location /height by providing micro-concrete including necessary supporting arrangement, scaffolding, working platform etc. complete as per ‘Special Specification’. 14 Filling Joints / Separation crack with polymer modified morter (avg. 30mm thick) at the junction of brick masonry & RCC frame members by forming groove or racking out the joint by mechanical cutter etc. as per Special Specifications. 15 Cutting core (100mm dia) in slab of thickness upto 200mm using core cutting machine for placing micro concrete 16 High strength deformed bars reinforcement (Grade Fe-415). 17 Drilling 14mm dia minimum 300mm long (For 10mm bar) in existing RCC member cleaning the hole with blower and brushing, grouting the bars using HILTI-HY-150, dispenser and other equipment supported by HILTI or its equivalent including providing threads of required length to minimum 10% of bars including conducting test for anchorage for 3 nos bars at random. 18 Drilling 16mm dia minimum 300mm long (For 12mm bar) in existing RCC member cleaning the hole with blower and brushing, grouting the bars using HILTI-HY - 150, dispenser and other equipment supported by HILTI or its equivalent including providing threads of required length to minimum 10% of bars including conducting test for anchorage for 3 nos bars at random. 19 Drilling 20mm dia minimum 300mm long (For 16mm bar)in existing RCC member cleaning the hole with blower and brushing, grouting the bars using HILTI-HY-150, dispenser and other equipment supported by HILTI or its equivalent including providing threads of required length to minimum 10% of bars including conducting test for anchorage for 3 nos bars at random. 20 Providing HSD bar (8 mm Dia) hooks and fixing it to rebar for holding it in proper position including drilling 12 mm dia hole 40 mm deep in existing RCC members, cleaning the hole with blower , grouting the bar with bonding agent ( HILTI RE 500) as per Manufacturers Specifications. 21 Black Madras or Cuddapah stone double machine polished (25mm to 40mm thick) of uniform in thickness for benches / shelves, platforms, etc. including fixing in position with c.m.(1:2). 22 Glazed / Matt finish with plain colour / White tiles flooring of various sizes. 23 Glazed / Matt finish with plain colour / White tiles dado and skirting with various sizes. 24 Kotah stone (green or blue) double machine polished (25mm to 40mm thick) flooring. 25 19 mm thick machine cut double machine polished white/ green marble of uniform thickness in single / double pieces (width wise) for door frame including fixing in neat cement on minimum 20 mm thick c.m. (1:4) bedding. 26 140mm to 150mm wide 15mm to 19 mm thick machine cut double machine polished White / Green Marble of uniform thickness in single / double pieces (width wise) for window sills including fixing in neat cement on minimum 20mm thick c.m. (1:4) bedding. 27 Aluminium frame single shutter with partly glazed panel and partly 4 mm thick backelite sheet as per Special Specifications. (Excl Flush tank with pipe & G I pipeline & stop/push cock) 48 75 mm dia UPVC waste and vent pipe line including necessary fittings as per `Special Specifications. 49 110 mm dia UPVC soil pipe line including necessary fittings as per `Special Specifications. 50 110 mm dia UPVC rain water pipe line including necessary fittings as per `Special Specifications. 51 100mm PVC Nahani Trap 52 Removing the existing MS grill & refixing the same including necessaryrepairs if required as directed by the Engineer 53 MS grill work for modification in the existing MS grill provided to the windows 54 Providing clamping arrangment for downtake drainage / water supply pipes as shown on drawing No 69- 30251 and as directed by the Engineer ( M S supporting bracket will be measured and paid under separate schedule item of structural steel work ) 55 G I U clamp with nuts and bolt arrangement for C I / UPVC drain pipes pipes of various diametres. 56 Providing 5 mm thick G.I. clamp (brackets) arrangement for downtakepipes of any diametres to be fixed on the wall with necessary nailing etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer 57 Breaking plain or reinforced cement concrete including stacking serviceable materials neatly and carting away debris out of the Undertakings premises. 58 Breaking brick or stone masonry including stacking serviceable materials neatly and carting away debris out of Undertakings premises. 59 Removing the existing teakwood/M S door with frame of any size and handing over to the Undertaking at site of work. 60 Removing the existing window with frame of any size and handing over to the Undertaking at site of work. 61 Removing the existing Shahabad/Tandur/Kotah / IPS/mosaic/ white glazed tile flooring or dado and carting away the same out of the Undertakings premises. 62 Removing the existing plaster of any finish and of any thickness from walls, ceilings, terrace parapet wall internally and external plaster. 63 Removing drain pipes (soil, waste water, rain water or vent) of any size with all its accessories. 64 Removing the damaged / corroded existing G I pipe lines of any diameter (underground and above ground) and handing over the released material to the Undertaking including reinstating the surfaces to match with existing surrounding surfaces 65 Removing W C pan including bedding, drainage fittings, etc and carting away the same out of the Undertakings premises.
