The sealant mix should be ordinary port land cement (OPC), Khandolite stone dust and arcys base polymer emulation in the ration of 1:1:1 within the periphery of the temple premises 12 Provision for strengthening and retrofitting to the RCC roof and column of projected cracked shed of Mangala Temple and koili baikuntha Entry gate using anticorrosion adhesive , crack seal agent and ready-mix polymer concrete of high grade with application of appropriated weather resistance water proofing compound including cropping, centering and shuttering and finishing with PMC plaster etc. complete as per the direction o0f the Engineer -In –charge 13 Provision for new cement concrete of ASI store courtyard in the ratio of 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 course of sand river: four graded aggregates 20mm nominal size to prevent sloppy situation for laborer and staffs during rainy season etc. as per direction of Engineer in charge. 14 Disposal of rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to the approved Municipal dumping ground for lead up to 10 KM for all lifts 15 Provision for replacement of old iron gate of site store with new SS gate
