Tender For Unit Rates For The Non- Sor Items (Material/ Machinery) For Various Grade Separator/Bridige Projects In Ghmc Limits, Hyderabad Design, manufacture, testing and Supplying, supervising, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level POT-PTFE bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc or unreinforced elastomer confined within a metal cylinder, sealing rings, dust seals. PTFE surface sliding against stainless steel mating surface, complete assembly to be of cast steel/fabricated structural steel, metal and elastomer elements to be as per IRC: 83 part-III respectively and other parts conforming to BS: 5400, section 9.1 & 9.2 and clause 2006 of MoRTH Specifications complete as per drawing and approved Technical Specifications 2000, & 2200 MORTH Strip Seal Expansion Joint Design, Manufacture and Providing and laying of complete assembly of strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications 2600 MORTH comprising of edge beams, anchorage, strip seal element and complete accessories as per approved specifications and drawings, the cost shall also include installation by manufacturers authorized representative to the satisfaction of the Engineer Modular Strip/Box Seal Joint Design, Manufacture and Providing and laying of modular strip/ Box seal expansion joint including anchorage catering to a horizontal movement beyond 70 mm and upto 140mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications 2600 MORTH to be installed by the manufacturer supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturers instructions for installation by manufacturers authorized representative to the satisfaction of the Engineer Manufacture and supply of Structural Decking Panel Galvanized steel (as per IS: 277) for metal decking for the following sheet thickness and minimum galvanization of 275 gm/ sqm Zinc Coating and to withstand minimum load of 1000 kg/Sqm in clear span of 2.6m, including cost and conveyance of all materials, to the site including taxes, duties and GST from reputed /prime manufacturers Imm thick Galvanised sheet for metal decking with Min. 500 Mpa yield strength 1.2/1.25mm thick Galvanised sheet for metal decking with Min. 550 Mpa yield strength Labour Charges for erectind & fixing of metal deckir including welding/nuts and bolts whereever n necessary arrangements for erection and fixing etc position neets at site ssary with omplete in ver viaduct Galvanized MS flat clamp for Drainage Spouts in I рогими Filter media/Material as per IRC:78 & MORT&H Specifications Hire charges for crane & Tailor with suitable capac ies/outputs required for conveyance of PSC (Pre-stressed Coners te) girder for Ist level flyover Crane cost for Height 5m to 10m Trailor cost for Height 5m to 10m Hire charges for crane & Tailor with suitable capac bes/outputs required for conveyance of PSC girder for 2nd level flyover Hire charges for Crane for Height above 10m Hire charges for Trailor for Height above 10m Construction of Reinforced soil wall including submission & approval of design and drawings, supply of 20 no of panel moulds, all fixtures and accessories, supply of material (geostrips, geotextile), supervision at the site during casting & erection and labour for casting, panel shifting and erection including hydra and incidental works complete (excluding supply of required quantity of M35 grade concrete (0.2 cum/sqm) and steel along with binding wire as per approved BBS by the consultants (7 kg/cum)), for panel casting as per Drawings.
