Tender For Additional shed and other construction work and beautification construction work in Municipal Kanha Gaushala., 1 Excavating , supplying and fiiling of local earth by mechanical transport upto a lead upto 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete ch-4 SI 8 DSR 2.25(a) 2 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches by hydraulic excavation/manual means) as per SOR Ch-17, SI 694 3 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Ch-4 SI251 4 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers,abutments, posts and struts etc. including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). Ch-5 SI7 5 CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT (C.C slab) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2(1:1.5:3) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick plastic sheet, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opration including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer, sealant admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501. Ch-20, S.I. 20) 6 Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its wastage Bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. Ch-10 SI 504 7 Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint (apex) of required shade: new work (two or more coat applied@ 1.67 ltr/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 kg/10 sqm. 8 Supply and fixing all electrict work in building complete item. 9 Supply and fixing all sanitaion work in buildingcomplete item. 10 Brick soling with straight overburnt bricks laid flat including preparation of subgrade to required camber and including supply of bricks, filling joints with local earth spreading a blind coat of 1cm(3/8) depth of local earth P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface and including labours, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Same as above in Item 762(B) but with bricks laid on edge complete. ch-20 SI 762(b) 11 Steel wok in built up tubular (round,square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) truses etc. including cutting. Hoistingfixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (Hot finised welded type tubes.
