Tender For Additional / Alternator To Entrance And Lobby Area Of Bldg No Bi-16 At Fort William Under Ge (Fw) Kolkata; 1 Taking down cement plaster in any descriptionon brick or stone wall etc incl racking outjoints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. 2 M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in two layer each of 10+5 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surface on external surfaces in CM (1:4) & water proofing compound mixed with second layer @ 250 ml/Bag or as per manufacturer instructionfinished fair and even. complete all as specified and directed. ( Note -W.P.C. shall be measured and paid separately.) 3 Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed. 4 M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair face of brick or concrete surfaces on internal surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceilings finished even and smooth without using extra cement (up to ceiling height of 6 to 7m )incl necessary arrangements for execution of the work) all as specified and directed. 6 Demolitionof brick work or stone/boulder masonarybuilt in cement mortor incl all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed. 7 M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L brick work with fly ash bricks, (with Old Size Bricks),straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. 9 Forming jambs etc openings etc including cutting toothing and properly bonding into old work also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work built in cm 1:6 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. 10 Making good under cill or over arches, lintels including all pinning in with cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. 11 Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description for Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended slabs complete all as specified and directed. 12 Formwork Use and waste to sides and soffits and suspended slabs n. exc. 200 mm thick and similar works fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 20 mm graded as in chajja supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and directed. 14 S & F mild steel TMT bar10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, beam , slab etc hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed. 15 S & F mild steel TMT bar6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, beam , slab etc hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old wall surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer applied over 1 to 2mm thick water proof wall care putty complete all as directed . 17 M&L for preparation of new wall surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer applied over 1 to 2mm thick water proof wall care putty complete all as directed . 18 Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and directed . 19 M & L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, laid in alternate bays, surface finished even and smooth using without extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 20 M & LPCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed. 21 Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) andrubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L Verified ceramic colourtiles of area of each tile exc 1.0 Sqm but n exc exc 3.000 Sqm and 8-10 mmthick, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement completeincluding 15 mm thick screed bed cement mortar 1:6 completeall as specified and directed. all as specified and directed . 23 All as per item No 22 here-in -before but in vertical surfacecomplete all as specified and directed. 24 Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar. 25 M & L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar as in backing coat of stone on fair face of brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 completeall as specified and directed. 26 M & L 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut one side polished natural hard stone (Granite)any type in step, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plate fromand similar places etc like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed. 27 Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (w/o taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.5 sqm and not exceeding 4 sqm each and removing from the site complete all as directed . 28 Taking down old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames, steel window or stone concrete or brick surrounds glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed. 29 Supply and fixing Ist class hard woodplain solid straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints all as specified and as directed. 30 S&F1st class hard wood 35 mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats. 31 S &F 40mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed. 32 Supplying and installing rectangular uPVC- Fixed windows made out of lead free green profiles having aworldwide presence with a GREENLINE mark with frame dimension of 58mm x 52mm x 33mm for windows with corners fusion welded, fully reinforced with Galvanized steel of 1.2mm . The physical properties of the profiles like Vicat softening temperature, density, tensile strength, hardness, weatherability, impact strength and Modulus of Elasticity should be tested in accordance with ASTM/DIN-ISO standards and the thermal conductivity as per IS standards. The profile manufacturer should be a certified member of IGBC and should have extrusion facility in India and the windows to be assembled and installed by an authorised local fabrication partner .
