Tender For Construction Of Market Shed At Gelling Village; 1 CONSTRUCTION WORKS: 2 Earth work in excavation in foundation and trenches in soils containing 50% or more of shingle or small size boulders upto 30cm size, lift upto 1.50m and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3m clear from the edge of the excavation and returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required, into plinth, sides of foundation etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m. 3 Providing and laying in foundations and plinth cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. 4 Reinforced concrete work in foundations, footings, bases of mass concrete excluding cost of centering, shuttering and columns etc and reinforcement in : (a) M20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 5 Reinforcement cement concrete work in columns, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts etc upto floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. (a)M20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 6 Reinforced cement concrete work in lintels, beams and bresumers upto floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. (a)M20 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 7 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for :(a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc and mass concrete. 8 (b) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string course etc. 9 (c) Column, pillars, posts and struts etc. 10 Reinforcement of RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete (a) Cold Twisted bars. 11 Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. 12 Half brick masonry (with best available local bricks) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth. 13 15mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on the rough side of single or half brick wall. 14 Providing best available local wood (Class – B II) work in frames of false celling, partitions and trusses etc, sawn and put up in position. 15 Providing corrugated GI sheet roofing fixed with galvanized iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia with bitumen and GI Limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled purlins, rafters and trusses with white lead complete, excluding the cost of (a) 0.63mm thick GI sheet. 16 Providing ridges or hips 60cm overall in plain GI sheet fixed with galvanized iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia GI limpet and bitumen washers complete. (a) 0.63mm thick GI sheet. 17 25mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. 18 Providing and fixing of Perselono tiles (Johnson brand) in floor of 25mm thick cement mortar 1:3 joined with near cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete. 19 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and required shade on new work (three or more coats) to give an even shade. 20 Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and of required shade on new work including priming coat of whiting to given and even shade. 21 Applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work. 22 Steel work riveted or bolted in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. 23 Painting one or more coats with superior quality ready mixed paint for steel work of approved brand and manufacture in all shades on new work to give an even shade. 24 Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) with superior ready mixed paint for wood work of approved brand and manufacture in all shades on new work to give an even shade. 25 Carrying of cement, CGI sheet, M-S Rod from Silapathar to Yingkiong by Truck from a distance of 228 Km. I).Surfaced road. 26 Carrying of cement, CGI sheet, M-S Rod from Yingkiong to work site by Truck from a distance of 250 KM.II) Katcha Road. 27 Carrying of river bed material from quarry to work site by mechanical means (Truck) by covering distance of 68 Km.(a) Sand 28 (b) Aggregate 29 Water Supply and Saitation 30 Provision for Electrification Installation
