    Tender For Construction Of Futsal Court At Tuting (Ap); 1 Construction Works : 2 FIFA Approved Turf with installation (18000 Detex, FIFA Approved Turf Supply an installation including necessary Silica Sand, Rubber, Adhesive Tape). 3 Dynamic Base Construction (Recommended for Football turf) (Earthwork levelling/soil grading upto +/- 150mm as per sloping pattern and connection with 8 tonne static roller.Supplying and installation of perforated drainage system (6” via 6 Kgs Psl connected to a chamber just outside the ground).Chemical treatment (weedicide and pesticide) as per the composition and specifications.Supply and spreading of Geo Textiles sheet on compacted soil surface.Grading of aggregates of (40mm, 20mm, 6mm) including compaction of each layer using 8 tonne static roller, total compacted thickness not less than 160mm “Edge Wall). 4 Fabrication Structure (Fabrication Structure : 20ft Height Providing, Fabrication, errection/installation of steel structure for net framing around perimeter of football court with necessary vertical and horizontal pipe structure support at regular intervals ie 15ft (all side) including all doors, locks. *Square vertical pillars of 75mm x 75mm x 3.2mm thick.*Square Horizontal pillars 50mm x 50mm x 2.5mm thick (tie system). *Vertical pillar to pillar distance of 15ft.*Top Centre & Bottom horizontal pillar support.*Two doors : 7ft x 3ft. Coats of Red – Oxide and Epoxy paint. 5 Garware Nets (50mm : 2.5mm thickness garware export quality nets on 4 sides with top open installation and accessories). 6 Lighting (Total 15 Lights : LED Lights-200W with complete cabelling with armoured copper cable with all weather IP66 DB, MCB & ELCB including material and installation. All electric safety including earthing will be done).
