Beautification At- Varsoli Beach Tal-Alibag - Item No.1:- Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Liftupto 1.5 m.) By Mechanical Means 2 Item No.2:- Providing dry/ trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss rubble stone soling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete. 3 Item No.3- Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for bed blocks, foundation blocks and such other items including bailing out water, plywood/steel formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.), with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADAenabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With natural sand/V.S.I. quality Artificial Sand 4 Item No.4- Providing and fixing heavy duty interlocking concrete Rubber mould glossy paving blocks of 80mm thickness of having a strength of 400 Kilogram/Sq.cm. of approved quality and shape on a bedof crushed sand of 25 to 30 mm thick including skirting joints and cleaning etc. complete. (using 100% crushed sand) 5 Item No.05:-Providing and fixing 90 cm x 60 cm Marble plate engraving 10 cm. height letter, figures including painting the lefters/figures with approved colour and shade complete 6 Item No6- Disbursement of Royalty charages for construction materials like sand, metal, rubble,murum, and earth etc. complete.1)Sand 7 2) other minerals 8 Intem no-07 Rates for material testing in lab. 1) Rubble
