    Auction Sale Of Condemned (Old Damaged) Civil Engineering Structure Community Hall At Rampur Colony, Jamalpur.Condition:-[1] On As Is Where Is Basis.[2] Dismantling Work Is Allowed Between 08.00 Hrs To 16.00 Hrs On Weekdays And 08.00 Hrs To 12.00 Hrs On Saturday .[3] Purchasers Are Adviced To See The Lot Before Bidding And Satisfy Themselve In All Respect.No Complaint/Claim By The Purchaser Will Be Entertained After Auction.[4]The Sold Lot Will Be Handed Over To The Purchaser In Presence Of Custodian,Nominated Cdms/Dms,Nominated Isa/Sv And Nominated Rpf Personal And Dismantling Of The Sold Lot Will Take Place In Presence Of Engineering Officials. Dismantling Work Of Sold Lot Is To Be Done By Purchaser On His/Her Own Arrangement. Dismantling Of The Sold Lot Is Allowed Only Upto The Ground Level Of The Structures.Purchaser Shall Ensure That Dismantling Work Does Not Effect Or Endanger Safety Of Life And Railway Property In Near Vicinity.[5] Custodian Has To Ensure That Debris Arisen Out Of Dismantling Is Cleared In Proportion To Delivery Of Released Material And He/She Will Invariably Certify In Sale Completion Report That All Deris/Waste Generated Has Been Cleared By The Purchaser And The Land Is Made Clean, Clear And Level For Further Use.[6] A List Of Excluding Fitting Is C.G.S.
