Repairing Of M Well At Ramnagar Mouza- 1 Earth work in excavation of found .trenches,drains etc in all sorts of soil(incl mixd soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) incl .removing , Spreading or stacking the spoil;s within a lead of 75 m as directed. the item includes necessary trimming the side of trenches, levelling,, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required cpmplete.(depth of excavation not exceeding 1.50m) 2 Filling of foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand(payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) 3 Supplying & laying of polythine sheet ( 150gm / sqm) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof trracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches 4 I) Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm size excludingshuttering) In ground floor (A) [Pakur Variety] (a) 1:2:4 proportion 5 Single layer brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks in/c ramming and dressing bed to proper camber and grade and filling joints with local sandin/c cost of sand(R.C.C.) 6 supying ,fitting fixing copical with bar 7 Fly AshBrick work in cement sand mortar (prop 1:6) in steining of well, pier, abutment, wing wall, parapets cross drain. guard wall etc. including curing, scaffolding, raking out joints etc. complete including cost and carriage of all materials. 8 15 mm. th plastering (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement morter (prop 1:6 ) including rounding off or chamfereing corners including throating, nosing, and drip course where necessary at ground floor. 9 Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall,dado,window sill,floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per 100 sq.m. 10 Writing the M.S. Display Board 0.90 m X 0.60 m. sizein/c all complete with photo.
