(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor Vlevel in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)including cost of all material ,Scaffolding labour and T&P required for proper completion of work if requird & Direction by E/I . 3 12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar consisting of one part of cement & six part of coarse sand(1:6),minimum thickness not to be less then 10 mm including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work. 4 Providing and fixing in place a full height storage modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately)(Size-600mmx600mm). 6 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work. 7 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plasteredwall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 8 Finishingwalls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90litre/10 sqm). 9 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 10 Renewing Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty. 11 Providing and fixing sun-film of Gareware or equivalent make on glass panes of door and window shutters including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 12 Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of
