Tender For Yearly Maintenance Work Of Malda Inspection Bungalow Under Malda-I (A-M) Division, Malda Under Non-Plan Programme For F.Y 2024-25- 1 Charges for sweeping of all toilets, bathrooms all CP itmesand surrounding drains of Inspection Bungalow including supply of bleaching powder. (Labour : Rs. 3000.00 + Material: Rs.200.00 + 10 % Agency Profit : Rs. 320.00 (Rate is in L.S.) 2 Charges for Cleaning of all furnitures (Almirahs, tables, chairs, sofa including dining tables & chairs etc ), fans, lights, walls, Doors, Windows, Refrigerator etc ( Rate is in L.S.) 3 Charges for cleaning & washing of floors, basins of all rooms of bungalow including Kitchen room & rooftop ( Rate is in L.S ) 4 Charges for cleaning (including Jungle cutting) the surrounding inside the boundary wall and front portion of Inspection Bungalow including washing with water.(Rate is in L.S ) 5 Labour charges for cleaning of water tank once in a month & day to day operation of pump to fill the tank in inspection Bungalow. ( Rate is in L.S ) 6 Charges for Gardening in front of I.B including supply of seasonal flowering plants.( Rate is in L.S ) 7 Unskilled Labour for guarding of INSPECTION BUNGLOW and taking care of visitors, in day & night time for one year. i.e. 12 month (Day time =2 nos. & night time =1 no.). {(2+1)x12}=36 nos. (The rate is as per minimum rate of labour commissioner vide No.- 22/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC dated 16/07/2024, Sl No. 30, which is Rs. 9953.00 + 10% Agency profit= Rs. 10948.30) (Enclosed with this estimate) 8 Charges for cleaning, washing and ironing of bed sheet ,pillow cover , towels ,curtains, blankets, blanket cover,sofa cover and mosquito net in sets:-( Rate is in L.S ) Set 1-Bed sheet, pillow cover and towels :-10 sets / month and 10 x 12 = 120 sets per year( Rate is in L.S ) 9 Set 02- Curtains, total no of curtains is 31 pieces, once in three month. i.e. (31*4)=124 nos. in a year( Rate is in L.S ) 10 Set 03- Sofa cover, total no of pieces is 7, once intwo month (7X6)=42 Nos.( Rate is in L.S ) 11 Set 04-Dry wash of Blanket, 4 Nos / month, For 5 ( five ) months in a year = 4X5 = 20 Nos. per year ( Rate is in L.S ) 12 Set 05-Blanket cover cotton, 10 Nos / month, For 5 ( five ) months in a year = 10X5 =50 Nos. per year( Rate is in L.S ) 13 Set 06-Mosquito net-total piece is 8, Once in a month and(8X12) = 96 Nos in a year( Rate is in L.S ) 14 Annual maintenance charge of gas oven excluding supply of spares. Considering minimum four(04) times cleaning of burners and accessories ina year .( Rate is in L.S ) 15 Annual maintenance charge of Geyser excluding supply of materials. Total 5 ( five ) Nos. Geyser ( Rate is in L.S ) 16 Annual maintenance charge of AC machine excluding supply of spares . Considering two (02) times cleaning and washing in a year, total no of ACs= 07 nos , in a year (7X2)=14 Nos.(Rate is in L.S ) 17 Annual maintenance charge of inverter including supply & refilling of distilled water excluding supply of spares.( Rate is in L.S )
