    Bids Are Invited For Up gradation of Auditorium Dinesh Amphitheatre with Steel Structure XX To enclose the Dinesh Amphitheatre the existing facility is required to be fabricated with steel structure by using corrosion resistant preprinted Galvulme sheets of point 60 mm thickness for the area of approximately 534 square meter The structure will be supported by 110 OD x 110 OD x 6 mm sq pipes 50 x 50 x 3 mm sq pipes for erection of poles column beams and purlins including joints and fasteners with concrete using PCC of 1by2by4 to ensure snug fit Acoustic Wall Panel 510 point 40 square meter XX Installation of 5mm thickness PVC premium sheet acoustic wall panels including six doors with rockwool of 75 mm thickness in an area of 510 point 40 square meter to enhance the sound quality Rockwool density 48 kg per cubic meter including mounting and installation to ensure snug fit Improving Environmental Condition with 2 ton Air Conditioner with stabiliser XX Installation of ten 2 ton Air Conditioner providing approx 24000 BTU with stabliser to improve the environmental condition inside the enclosed Amphitheatre Improving Audio and Visual display XX Relocation of the existing sound system including wiring to improve the sound qualityXX Chemical treatment for the cleaning of the existing multipurpose projection and relocation of the multipurpose projection screen Improvement of the existing seating facility with chemical treatment and relocation of seats XX Relocation of seats and reduction of seating capacity from existing 277 to 250XX Chemical treatment for cleaning of 250 seats Total Quantity : 14
