Size of Tile 600x600 mm 6 French spirit polishing : Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler. 7 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 8 Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats 9 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 10 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 11 One or more coats on old work. 12 Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead: 13 Of area 3 sq. metres and below 14 Fixing aluminium work with available aluminium sections for doors, windows, floorings and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (aluminium grid / wooden frame work will be paid seperately). 35 Providing and fixing decorative printed carpet 8mm thick flooring of approved colour as directed by the Engineer in charge. 36 Providing and fixing 100% Blackout PVC Roller Blinds for Windows UV Protection, Waterproof, Room Darkening, Corded Roll Up and Down Blinds for Office of approved brand, shade as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. 37 Cleaning of both sides of window glasses with Glass Cleaner Liquid as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 38 Providing epoxy based paint specially made for use on metal surfaces over one coat of etch primer, one coat of universal primer and applying on old aluminium windows frames all complete. (Actual painted area of the frames will be measured for payment) 39 Repairs to aluminium windows including replacement of worn out fittings, easening, lubrication all complete. 40 Providing and fixing cement bonded particle board made out of cement and mineralized wood particles (Bison or approved equivalent) in partition including cutting to the required shape, fixing to the wall frames with necessary screws all complete. 41 12mm thick 42 Providing and fixing 1mm thick lamination sheet in partition walls using approved adhesives to level without buldging, warping all complete. 43 Deep cleaning of Granite / Marble flooring, skirting using approved cleaning materials all complete. 44 Sorting, loading and transportation of Aluminium sections from 2nd floor of St.Thomas Mount Exchange, Flower bazaar TE and KK nagar TE to Haddows road Telephone Exchange including unloading and stacking at 4th floor using mechanical transportation etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
