Tender For Repair To Roads Under Age B/R-Ii Of Ge Dehradun; 1 M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1.00 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm thick in depth, making good by applying tack coat with paving bituman(VG-10) @ 5kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chips). depth of potholes exc 30 mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2 Scarifing or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and depth n exc 50 mm & removing from site complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for providing Soling (for sub base) 150 mm spread thickness with broken boulders quarried stone interstices filled surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 Ton power roller complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4 M&L for providing 150mm thick WBMin two layers each layers 75mm thick with coarse aggreagategranite trap or basalt of grading 2 spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and chamber with 8 to 10 Ton power rolled complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 5 M&L for preparation of black top surface and applying eveny a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm on bituminous surface complete all as speicified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 6 M&Lfor Premix bituminous macadam (Paving bitumen any penetration) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) gradient to uniform smooth surfaces allas directed and specified. 7 M&L forBituminous premix asphaltic semi- dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using viscosity grade BITUMEN (VG-30) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted with vibromatic roller to required camber and gradient completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 8 Preparing black top surfaceby brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified. 9 M&L for preparation of black top surface and applying eveny a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm on bituminous surface complete all as speicified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 10 M & L for Preaparating bituminous surfaces of road and making 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines , dashes , arrows etc and the like n exc 100/150 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as sper manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. 11 Suppply and fixing as in repair cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No . DA 972 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. 12 S&F in repair metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder cated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green , red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflectorprotections including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300 mm ) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. 13 S&F in repair road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made of ABS / Fibber / Plastic of size 80 cm dia fixed over & including 40 mm bore MS pipe of 2.4 Metre length duly powder coated embedded in PCC 1:2:4 of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm and excavation earth work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-chargeMake : Road Star Cat No: RSCM-80 / equivalent of Tata / 3M / Simens / Dark Eye 14 S&F in repair road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made of ABS / Fibber / Plastic of size 100 cm dia fixed over & including 40 mm bore MS pipe of 2.4 Metre length duly powder coated embedded in PCC 1:2:4 of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 45 cm and excavation earth work all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-chargeMake : Road Star Cat No: RSCM-100 / equivalent of Tata / 3M / Simens / Dark Eye 15 S&F in repair Modular type speed braker / Rumbler made of sturdy plastic (ABS) material of size 250 x 350 x 50mm fixed in position as per manufacturer instruction.Make Road Star Cat No GP1005 or equivalent of make Tata / 3M / Simens / Dark Eye 16 S & F in repair 3 mm thick ACP sheet of any colour/shade as approved and one side covered with 3 M retro-reflective sheet & pasting computerized size of letter of retro reflective sheet not exc 30 cm in height including stop commas, short line dashes, hypens brackets etc as directed and pasted with approved adhesive as in sign bound cut to size and fixed to stainless steel frame including all necessary fitting arrangement complete all as specified and dirceted by Engineer -in charge. Note: Nothing extra paid for writing. 17 Exavating in post holes (or similar holes) soft/loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. 18 M&L cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foudation filling and moss concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge. 19 S&F in repair Stainless steel pipe GRDE 304 framed work such as of pipes angles tees, flat incl gusset plates etc and welding and or riverting and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 20 S & F as in repair solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Monou rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 watt one Ni-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc all as specified and directed 21 Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed. 22 M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone agg as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed. 23 M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations excluding watering and consolidation complete all as specified directed. 24 M & L for prepolished coloured(Red/ Yellow) machine pressed/ Vibromatic precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.
