plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete, all as specified and as directed. 2 M&L rough cast plaster 15 mm thickin cement motar 1:4 complete as specified in SSR Part–I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:– firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete, all as specified and as directed. 3 Material and labour forrendering 10 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smoothwithout using extra cement, complete, all as specified and as directed. 4 Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre per 10 Sqm up to height of triple storey bldg, including necessary scaffolding etc complete, all as specified and as directed. 11 M&Lfor preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete, all as specified and as directed. 12 M&Lfor preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, all as specified and as directed. 13 M&Lforpreparation of new/old plastered surfaces of wall and applying 1mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achive smooth surface complete, all as specified and as directed. 14 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete, all as specified and as directed. 15 M&Lfor25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B–0 as in sub base floor (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25 degree centegrate temperature and viscosity 70–160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at theside and 150mm at the end, the layer
