Tender For Special Repairs To Certain Roads In Asc Centre Under Ge (Central) Bangalore. ; 1 M&L for repairs to pot holes ofany depth not exc 1.00 sqm each in area including sweeping from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth but making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 Sqm (using paving bitumen of VG-10 grade), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed(including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed 2 M&L Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 3 M & L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat withbituminous primer using paving bitumen of VA-10 grade @ 5 Kg. Per 10 Sq. Metres.complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M & L for labour for premix bituminous macadam (Design Mix) with minimum 40-60 TPH bach type HMP using crushedstone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with VG-30 bituminous binder @ 4% by weight of total mix and cement as a filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finished to the required grade, level and alighnment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tindem roller to achieve the dezire compaction as per MORTH specification clause no 505 complete in all respects, (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) etc, complete all as specified and as directed. 5 M&L Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix by usingPaving bitumen (VG-30 grade) as in semi dense asphaltic concretemixed in hot mix plant, rolled with 8 to 10tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient all as specified and asdirected. 6 M& L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre line,stop lines,dashes,arrows etc. and the like exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS-3262-1989 with special applicator machine fitted with pufill shoe glass beads dispenser pupane tank heater and profile shoe heater with heating arrangement upto 160 degree C driven by experienced operator all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- 1. Unit rate quoeted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off trafic from work. cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when trafic is light. 2. The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scrach marks or suefaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment untill the desired result is obtained. 7 S & F Solar Cat eye in repair aluminium alloy shall(100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x125mm x25 mm(Shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 v/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery(1.2v/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10000 to 18000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed. 8 S&Fcat eye in repairsolar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x100 mm x20 mm with PAMA sripens reflector of model no DA 9720.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. 9 Demolition ofkerb stone of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M & L for laying at or near ground level factory made kerbstone of M-25 gde cement concrete in position to the required line ,level and curvature,jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand),including making joints with or without grooves ( thickness of joints except sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage openong wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.
