Tender For Replacement Of Three Borewells And Connected Items Under Ge 864 Ews, Job No- Para 36; 1 Material, Labour & T&P (as required) for drilling trial borewell by DTH/ Rotary drilling method of 125mm dia in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/ boulder etc. or any other geological formation at given location all as specified in IS-2800 and as specified and directed for depth n. exc 100 mtrs below ground level complete alongwith water sample testing from Govt. authorised PHE Lab. Note :- (a) The work will further execute on sucessfull result of water sample testing from authorised lab as approved by GE.(b) Unit rate include collecting water samples in clean bottle / jar from borewell and getting tested for chemical, bacteriological analysis and PH value from Govt laboratory and submitting the report.(c) Qty100 RM for each borewell Approx i,e 3 Nos x100=300RMs(d) Collection and submitting of soil strata at every 10 mtrs depth and every change in strata for entire depth of borewell contained in suitable hard wood box of suitable size for each sample and box shall be fixed with 3mm thick plain glass in front side and writing the details as directed.(e) Removal of mud/slurry from the site shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.(f) The rate quoted is deemed to include for hire charges of rig, T&P, machinery, fuel charges, labour, consumables, transportation, drilling and operation including use and waste of all necessary appliances and materials in all respects to entire satisfaction of complete work all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (g) Location of bore well and depth to be dug as recommended by CGWB or BWSSB or any Agency as approved by Govt of India or State Govt body. 2 -Ditto- all as per Ser item No 1.0 here-in-before, but depth of borewell from next 100 metre to 150 metre. 3 M&L for development of enlarging of borehole for tubewell by way DTH/ Rotary drilling method and making cavity down below and back wash with heavy duty compressor for 400 to 525mm dia and upto the depth of 300 metre below ground level in any type of soil/ground strata, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Supply, assembling, lowering and levelling of 250mm nominal bore (wall thickness 8mm) MS ERW, ISI marked casing blank pipe as per IS-4270-2001 and jointing with electric arc welding, screwed and socketed in random length of 3 mtr to 6 mtr including necessary fittings such as steel sockets, coupling, jointing and painting with two coats of bituminous paint of external surfaces of pipe over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after prepration of surface, complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Supply, assembling, lowering and levelling of 250mm nominal bore (wall thickness 8mm)SLOTTED MS ERW, ISI marked casing blank pipe as per IS-4270-2001 and jointing with electric arc welding, screwed and socketed in random length of 3 mtr to 6 mtr including necessary fittings such as steel sockets, coupling, jointing and painting with two coats of bituminous paint of external surfaces of pipe over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after prepration of surface, complete all as specified and as directed. 6 S&F well cap and clamp of 250mm dia and 100mm depth in two parts made out of 5mm thick MS plate for covering & holding of column pipe of tube well duly welded with locking arrangement by nuts & bolts making holes for passing 2 run of 35 Sqmm flat submersible cable, steel wire rope/chain, complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- Holding clamp for Column pipe made of MS flat 800 mm x 60mm x 12mm thick, 2 Nosshall be provided by the contractor andcost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item. 7 Development of borewell with compressed air of capacity 200 PSI 900 CFM appropriate capacity as ground till to get the clear water and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water, complete all as specified and as directed. 8 Carrying out yield test for the borewell by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield in the presence of departmental representative to determine safe pumping yield / pumping capacity and submitting the test report complete all as specified and directed.Note: T&P required for yield testing shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt. 9 Supply and packing/ filling in layers of Pea Gravel as per IS 4097- 1967 of assorted size M around annular space between the casing pipe and the well surface has to be filled with a gravel pack to act as filter medium in tube well spacing and the size of gravel will be 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and as directed. 10 Supply, installation, lowering, testing and commissioning of submersible pumping set having 12 stages with bronze impeller, outlet size 100mm suitable for casing pipe of 250mm bore, having capacity 60HP, 415 Volts, 180 LPM at upto 178 mtr head (As per yield of borewell), complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Model No- KS8F-6012(D12426002653) of Kirloskar or equivalent in Appx C 11 Supply, lowering and fixing GI Column pipe heavy duty flanged & drilled ISI marked 100 mm dia,having wall thickness 5.40mm as per IS-1239(Part-I) 2004, 3 Mtr long, GI flange having PCD 125mm and 12mm thick, slots cutting in flanges for passing of submersible cable including all jointing material such as bolts, nuts, washers & packing sheet and connecting compete all as specified and as directed. 12 Supply and lay submersible copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated flexible, PVC sheathed with multistranded copper conductor of size 35 sqmm, 3 core, flat, confirming to IS-694 cutting to required length connecting with necessary end ferrules/water proof joints complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for construction of valve pit of size 60cm x 60cm x 60cm (internal dimensions) 01 brick thick wall masonry including necessary earth work (excavation, returing and removing) in any type of soil and 100mm thick, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations/ lean concrete and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on external and internal surfaces of valve pit, cover made of 3.15mm thick MS sheet, welded with 40mm x 40mm x 5mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long, hinges, handles and locking arrangement including two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed. 14 Supply Installation, Testing and Commissioning of CPRI approved LT panel cubical type of suitable size, 415 Volt, factory made dust proof made out of CRCA sheet 3 mm thickness minimum exept inner sheath OG 2 mm powder coated, machine pressed, with provision of rubber beading and locking system, including copper bus bar of suitable capacity, 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulator, bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers each MCCB/cubical switch shall have be independent opening, panel should be monthed on angle iron frame and legs (vertical height of legs not less than 30 cm exept in PCC) made from angle of size 50x50x6 mm, frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer legs grouted in PCC 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete including all connection/ control wiring with suitable size of copper conductor cable, including danger notice sticker, comprising the following accessory including testing and taking down old UNSV stater any type complete all as specified :- 15 (a) MCCB 250A 4P 50kA MCCB with Spreader Terminals -1 No Make- Havells IHLFH40250 or equivalent in Appx C.(c) FASD starter for 75 HP Heavy duty with relay 66-120 Amp with time based electronic starter - 1 No.Make- IHHASD1CTAor equivalent in Appx C.(d) Pump ON and Supply ON indicator- 1 Set(e)Phase indicating lamp RYB neon type (Set of three ) -01 Set (f)Voltmeter Digital type 0-500 Volts capacity with selector switch. (g)Ammeter Digital type 0-600 Amp capacity with selector switch and CT coils - 1 No (h) Fully automatic phase sequence corrector to correct input reverse phase and also protect against single phasing voltage unbalancing, low high voltage with time delay 4 to 7 second, over load protection and automatic digital timer switch with automatically on/off the motor starter upto 75HP as per time setting- 01 No.(j) Complete internal wiring with suitable sizeFRHR copper conductor and cable lugs & glands complete. (k) Masonry and concrete work for grouting of legs in foundation for mounting of panel -01 Job(l) Cable glands of suitable sizes for cable entry and exit. 16 Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation, for laying pipe lines etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Removing surplus excavated material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as secified and as directed. 19 M&L for dry river sand, laid in trenches for cable protection, as 8cm thick below the cable and 15cm thick above the cable, complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid. 20 M&L for old size sub class B brick covering protection to the eletric cable, laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick, complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L cutting of road up to a sizenot exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m depth for laying of water pipe lines making good the disturbed surfaces so as to match with existing finishing with providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and directed. 22 M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional arealaid in trenches / duct or fixed to wall / passing through pipe on pole with suitable size cable glands, crimping type cable lugs for stranded aluminum conductor of size 95 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. 23 S&F ductile iron pressure pipes 200 mm bore, class K7, centrifugally cast with spigot and socket ends conforming to IS 8329/2000 with cement mortar lining inside the pipes and outside zinc coating suitable for push-on-joint including (rubber gasket D jointing) in any length as required at site confirming to IS 8329/2000 and all jointing materials and making good for disturbed surfaces of roads, path ways etc while laying the pipe line at site, site clearance for the route of pipe line, welding, cutting the existing CI/DI/MS pipe line of any size up to 400 mm bore for inserting branch connections etc including taking down old existing one complete all as specified and directed.Notes:-(a) DI pipe shall be laid in trenches at a depth of 1.0 to 1.5 m below the existing GL.(b) DI specials will be measured and paid separately.(c) Contractor is responsible for repair/replacement of any damages to the existing structures, Under Ground HT/LT/OFC Cables etc hand wheel including all necessary fixing arrangement such as MS nut, bolt washer gasket etc, complete all as specified and as directed. 28 S&F Cast iron raising spindle sluice valve 200mm bore flanged both ends confirming to IS-14846(2000), Class PN-1.6 with steel spindle with iron hand wheel including all necessary fixing arrangement such as MS nut, bolt washer gasket etc, complete all as specified and as directed. 29 S & F Cast Iron Air Valves (DS2 type) with two air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845(2000) of size 100 mm dia bore double acting (DS2) heavy duty including providing jointing material such as rubber fiber board gasket, suitable size bolts and nuts and washers, necessary supports, raising DI pipe 100 mm dia double side and not less than 1.20 Mtr length complete all for compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc. conforming to Fe-410-W(GdeE-250) quality B, all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge. 32 M & L for plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment conforming to Fe-410-W(GdeE-250) quality B, all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge. 33 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping of poles / foundation for poles, struts, posts etc including necessary form work, finished the exposed surfaces fair and even without usingextra cement complete all as specified and directed. 34 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in coping of poles / foundation for poles, struts, posts etc including necessary form work, finished the exposed surfaces fair and even without usingextra cement complete all as specified and directed. 35 Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. 36 M&L hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed. 37 M&L for 50mm thik PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded agg as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 38 M&L forDI fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers any type (Straight bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket/flanged etc) Tee pieces, single branch Y junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or sockets & spigot/all flanged etc) collars, Caps & plugs for spigot socketed/Flanged pipes upto 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 39 M&L forDI fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers any type (Straight bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket/flanged etc) Tee pieces, single branch Y junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or sockets & spigot/all flanged etc) collars, Caps & plugs for spigot socketed/Flanged pipes 200 mm to 300mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 40 Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using GI strip 32x6mm size . Earth strip to be connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 40mm dia 5 mtr long GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover 50mm thick and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type C2 (including excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion all as specified and shown on plate No 5 of SSR Part-I. 41 Supply and fix MS flange as per ASA 150# of thickness not less than 25.4mm for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed. 42 Supply and fix MS flange as per ASA 150# of thickness not less than 28.6mm for 200mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed. 43 Material and Labour for cutting of CI pipe of 150mm bore in position for reduction to required length for insertion of new tees, branches etc all as specified. 44 Material and Labour for cutting of CI pipe of 200mm bore in position for reduction to required length for insertion of new tees, branches etc all as specified.
