Tender For Additional / Alternator To Open Plinth Of Ra And Ea Of 33 Fad, Dappar; 1 M&L for RCC Type B1 1:2:4, 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers bressummers, lintels over 1.5mspan complete all as specified and as directed. 2 M&L for reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as direted by the Engineer-in-Charge. 3 M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required,inluding cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia 4 M&L TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders to shape required, including cranking, bending sprally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS steel wire (annealed) no less than 0.90mm 5 Formwork to sides of soffits of floor or roof beams, hunching, girdes, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc complete as specified and directed. 6 M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), work in rough finishedflat surfaces of concete omplete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge 7 M&L brick work with sub class B bricks strait or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius CM 1:4 comp all as specified. 8 M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in two layers (10mm and 5mm respectively) in cemnt mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proffing compound as per manufacturers instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately. 9 Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Enginner-in-Charge. 10 M&L for cement plastering 10mm thick in internal cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified directed. 11 M&L for preparation of newely plaster surface on wall and applying two coats of cement based paint on external plastered surfaces all as specified. 12 M&l applying 2 coats of OBD preparation of newely plaster surfaces (light shade) @ 10sqm/liter/2 coats by using roller/brush to new surfaces, over a coat of putty thickness vary from 1 to 1:5mm over & including a coat of interior wall promer @ 10sqm/liter/1 coatt as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directd. 13 S&F windows with side hung shutters including steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, devetailed or welded completely as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. For details refer CE CZ Chandigar Drg No TD-219 sheet 1/3 to 3/3.(a) For the purpose of measurement & payment double shutter with frame shall be considered as one unit.(b) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery and grill as shown on drgs.(c) Glazing, wire mesh & painting shall be measured & paid for separate. 14 S&F 3mm thick sheet galss ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed. 15 S&F galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples all as specified and as directed. 16 M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces based surfaces of any description, not otherwise descibed, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide all as specified and as directed. 17 Dismantling of asbetos/fibre cement corrugated/semi corrugated sheet roof covering including J or L hooks complete all as specified. 18 S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.5mm thick, of an colour having tensil strength of 550 Mpa and roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with selg taping scrws as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge 19 S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based paint steel sheet of 05mm thick, rib having tensile stenght of 500 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.Note : Fixing of sheets wiil be done stictly according as per manufacurers instructions.
