    MTPS-I - BM - Unit-II-Removal of deteriorated and peeled off insulation & re insulation with new insulation materials on the Portion inESP outlet common FG duct area, ID fan 2B outlet FG duct horizontal, vertical portion & ID fans casing area and other related works; 1 Charges for Removalofinsulation wool mattress and applying new/ same wool mattress after cutting to the required contour shape for 1 layer 2 Charges for Removal of deteriorated G.I sheets and fixing thenew/ same G.I. sheets after making grooves and tightening with lock screws (1/4”) 3 Charges for Removing the GI strips and retainer plates and providing back with new/ same strips and retainer plates. 4 Charges for Cleaning of released wool from work spot: This work involves complete collection of released waste wool, debris and unwanted insulation materials from the work spot gathered in one place and clear transport for away from the site. 5 Charges for leading, lifting and arranging platform and scaffolding wherever required in the boiler and dismantling after completion of work. 6 Erection of MS Mesh size : 6mmx100mmx100mm. Work involves supply with erecting and welding of MS Mesh 6x100x100mm at Flue Gas duct 7 Insulation materials for 1Sq.m : Insulation Wool of size 60 mm thick. Density :150 Kg /m3 as per IS:8183:1993. G.I.Sheet 0.60mm thick with 120gm/sq.m of Galvanizing coating, ClassVIII as per IS 277, M.S.PinSize 6mm dia x 225mm, Retainer:70x2mm, GIcasing support ofsize :65x650mm. 8 Consumables and T&Ps for item S.no.1 to 6
