Tender For Works Of Assistance In The Operation Also Breakdown Maintenance Of Re-Claimer ( Old And New) And Fog Cannon Of Chp,Obra Tps, Obra, 1 PART-I 2 Assistance in the operation of Stacker/Re-claimer of Coal Handling Plant ‘B’TPS, Obra.(One shift of 8 hrs. considered as 01 job.) 3 Routine Checking, Operation & Break down Maint. of Fog Cannon machines of Coal Handling Plant ‘B’TPS, Obra. (One shift of 8 hrs01 job per day.) 4 PART-II ( Annual Maintenance work of Old/New Stacker Re-Claimer of CHP, BTPS. ) 5 Replacement of damaged side rubber packing of boom/intermediate conveyor of old/New Stacker/Re-claimer. 6 Replacement of box duct packing of reclaiming/stacking chute of conveyor No. 16, K-10 related to old/new Stacker/Re-claimer. 7 Replacement of bolt of damaged teeth/damaged teeth by repaired/ new one bucket wheel of old/new Stacker/ Re-claimer. 8 Replacement of tensioning screw by old & usable/new, after adjustment of belt and to provided proper tension of belt boom/intermediate conveyor of old/new S/R. 9 Proper winding of unwounded cable on control cable reeling drum after complete cleaning and greasing of moving structure of old/new S/R, each job per 50 Mtr. 10 Proper winding of unwounded cable on power cable reeling drum after complete cleaning and greasing of moving structure of old/new S/R, each job per 50 Mtr. 11 Proper cleaning & greasing of spur gear of slewing system old /new Stacker/Re-claimer. 12 Draining out the contaminated oil of the tank of hydraulic unit after complete cleaning & refilling with new/ old along with shifting from store to site and vice versa. 13 Replacement of damaged coupling bolts along with bush of flexible coupling travel system/boom conveyor / slewing system. 14 Replacement of contaminated oil/refilling in reduction gear boxes of travel / slewing / boom/intermediate conveyor/bucket wheel. 15 Cleaning & greasing of driving bogies and non driving bogies of old/new Stacker/Re-claimer. 16 Proper cleaning and greasing of chain along with chain sprocket/reeling/guide wheel bogies of control/power cable reeling drum of old/new Stacker/Re-claimer. 17 Replacement/readjustment of brake shoe of brake system of old/new Stacker/Re-claimer. 18 Re-placement of damaged oil seals of reduction gear boxes of boom/intermediate conveyor, bucket wheel of old/new Stacker/Re-claimer: 19 Replacement of damaged oil seal ‘O’ ring of fluid coupling FCU 16.25 of old/new Stacker/Re-claimer: 20 Replacement of damaged resilient plate, multi disc of fluid coupling of new/old Stacker/ Re-claimer: 21 Replacement of ofslewing spur gear and boom conveyor hydraulic cylinder hings of new Stacker Re-claimer: 32 Cleaning & oiling of slewing pivot bearing of old Stacker/ Re-claimer. 33 Overhauling of angular gear box of power/control cable reeling drum system of new/old Stacker /Re-claimer: 34 Overhauling of oil lubricating pump for bucket drive gears NRV of slewing gears. 35 Fabrication & installation of duct plate assembly for intermediate conveyor at site of new Stacker/Re-claimer. 36 Removal of top cover of the reduction gear boxes of travel system of old/new S/R to check the gear teeth and bearings. 37 Adjustment of belt while going out on drive non-drive pulley along with roller structures of boom/intermediate conveyor of old/new Stacker/Re-claimer: 38 Replacement of side plate of Re- claiming /stacking box duct of old/new S/R, conveyor 16K-10 after fabrication at side: Upto 2 Mtrs. 39 Above 2 Mtrs. 40 Replacement of damaged fluid coupling by new/repaired: 41 Replacement of damaged bearing /oil seals of raping gear box of motor assembly of power and control cable reeling drum along with its alignment for new/old Stacker Re-claimer: 42 Replacement of damaged oil seals/bearings of gear boxes of travel system of old/new Stacker /Reclaimer: 43 Replacement of different type of rollers at the box duct of conveyor of old/new Stacker/Reclaimer 44 Replacement of pollard/covered bearing of different pulleys of conveyor system except gravity take up pulley, drive pulley: 45 Repair of damaged guide channel of gravity take up including all cutting welding and transportation of material from store to site and back: 46 Different works to be carried out in the gear box of old/new stacker-Reclaimer system 47 Removal of the top cover of the gear box and to install the same after checking/completion of the work. 48 Replacement of the input pinion shaft/bearing of slewing/bucket wheel/transmission gear box including removal and fixing of top cover of the gear box. 49 Replacement of the intermediate pinion shaft/bearing of slewing/bucket wheel/transmission gear box including removal and fixing of top cover of the gear box. 50 Replacement of the output shaft fitted with wheel/bearing of slewing/bucket wheel/transmission gear box including removal and fixing of top cover of the gear box.
