Tender For Providing And Fixing Of G.I. Sheets In Bedding Building At Kcc; 1 Providing & Fixing Precoated galvanised iron profile /Trapezoidal profile sheets (Size, Shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-In-Charge) manufactured out of 0.50 mm (0.05%) TCT with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 MPA steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coating 15-18 micron. Sheets should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation. The sheet shall be fixed using self-drilling/self-tapping screws size (5.50-8 x55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in Horizontal/Vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters & trusses and including cutting to size and shape whenever required 2 Providing and fixing 2.0 MM thick Polycarbonate (Clear) roof sheets as per the top roof/Sides sheet profile of all size including curved sheets in all heights 3 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheets roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.50%) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS 277, 240 MPA steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self-drilling/self-tapping screws of size (5.5-8 x 55 mm with EPDM seal) complete (A) Ridges plain (500-600 mm) 4 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheets roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.50%) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS 277, 240 MPA steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self-drilling/self-tapping screws of size (5.5-8 x 55 mm with EPDM seal) complete. (A) Flashings/Aprons (Upto 600 mm) 5 Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheets roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.50%) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS 277, 240 MPA steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self-drilling/self-tapping screws of size (5.5-8 x 55 mm with EPDM seal) complete. (A) Flashings/Aprons (Upto 600 mm) 6 DISMANTLING ROOFING INCLUDING RIDGES, HIP VALLEYS AND GUTTERS ETC. AND DEPOSITING THE SERVICABLE MATERIALS IN CENTRAL/SITE STORES AND INCLUDING DISPOSAL OF UNSERVICABLE MATERIALS WITHIN 50 M LEAD AS PER DIRECTION OF ENGINEER IN CHARGE. ASB 7 Structural steel work riveted, boltedorweldedinbuiltupsections, trusses andframed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixingin position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete: 8 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approvedbrandand manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work 9 Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zincchromateprimerof approvedbrandandmanufactureonsteelgalvanised iron/steel works 10 Taking out wind ties from roof including cutting out rusted bolts, nuts etc.and removing materials to any distance within compound and stacking. 11 Dismantling of steel structure such as platforms, support railing, hoppers, chutes, ducts, cells dismantling of mech.
