Repairs To Pmgsy Lab In Melmonavoor Panchayat Of Vellore Block- 1 Repairs to PMGSY LAB in Melmonour Panchayat of Vellore block 2 Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils to full depth etc., ordinary soil complete 3 Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 ( one part of cement, five parts of sand and ten parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement. 4 Supplying and filling of good earth filling locally available earth transported from the out side including consolidation,levelling specifiedin layers of not exceeding 200 mm thick., etc. complete. 5 Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality II class table moulded bricks 83/4 x 41/4 X23/4 for foundation and basement including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification.including scaffolding curing cost of reinforcement etc.all complete as per specifications and drawings as directed by the Engineer in-charge. 6 Providing & applying 12 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:5 (1 part of cement: 5 parts of sand) to walls internally in single coat at all levels to correct line and level including chicken wire mesh at all joints of brick and concrete surfaces with minimum overlap of 150 mm in all directions, scaffolding, rounding off or champhering of corners, offsets, fin/ bands, projections, etc. and cleaning of surface, raking out joints, roughening of surface,chiseling the undulated surface wherever necessary and curing, etc., all materials and labour complete in all respects including all lead, lift and descent andas directed. 7 Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, twoM.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers. 8 Re Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) S I No 358 9 Distempering the old walls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer 10 Painting Old iron work such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc with two coats with best approved first qualtiy and color of syntheric enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of Primer 11 Supplying and Fixing PVC Rain water down fall pipes of following diameter etc.,Complete 12 Rainwater harvesting Soakpit 13 GST Amount for providing service to Government contract works for the above construction works. { GST amount is the Total GST amount for total overall quoted amount above this row in column BB for all works in this package}
