Tender For Periodical Services To Strand Line Area Under Ge (Central) Kolkata- 1 Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Hacking Out Old Broken Glass (any thickness, size, quality or description)from metal frames incl punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water, remove dust, debries/ rubbish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Material and labour chipping of unsound/weak concrete materials of 30mm average thickness from slabs/chajja/ fin fascia etc with standard power driven percusion type or pneumatic chiesel of standard make including tapering all edges making squareshoulders of cavitiesand cleaning of exposed concrete surface of lightly picking material by air blasting or sand blasting incl foreign materials, loose concrete/aggregate etc and disposal of all debris out of MOD landuptoany height of building including necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. 5 Material and labourCleaning of exposed concrete surfaces of lightly sticking materials including foreign materials, loose concrete/ aggregate etc and disposal of all debris upto distance of 50 m and applyingsingle coat of epoxy bond adhesive on prepared non metallic surfaces (existing surface) by using brush as per manufacturers instruction / specification upto four storey of buildingcomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. 6 Supply and application Two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The Mortar can be applied from a minimum of 5mm to 15mm thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto 100 mm thickness in horizontal applications. The Mortar should have a minimum compressive strength 12 N/mm2 in 1 day and 4 5N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum Flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitous systems to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of microconcrete to be used @ 6 lit/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimum compressive strength 24 N/mm2 Minimum Tensile strength 3.5 N/mm2, Minimum Flexural Strength 6.5 N/mm2 including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.Make:-Fosroc/Elantas beck/Kunal conchem/ Sika/ Hindcon Chemicals Ltd 7 M&L Cement Concretetype C2(1:3:6) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate 75mm thick as in Plinth Protection, etc. laid in alternate Bays, finished Concrete Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L Rendering15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, finishing plastered surfaces Even and fair without using Extra Cement complete all as specified and as directed. 9 M&L Rendering 5.0mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces of Ceiling/ chajja, etc. finishing Plastered Surfaces Even and fair without using Extra Cement. complete all as specified and as directed. 10 M&L Rendering 20mm thick in Cement Mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall in two layer, first layer 10 mm thick in cement morter (1:4) and top layer 10mm thickin cement morter (1:4) using water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. . (NOTE:-WPC shall be measured andpaid separately) 11 Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.Make:- STP NO 1/ PEDILITE(DR FIXIT)/ FOSROC/ CICO/ SIKA 12 M&L Preparing new plastered surfaces of wall andapplying Two Coats of DistemperOil Emulsionover a coat of primerover and including 2mm thick BIRLA/JK water proof wall care putty including rubbing with emmery paper to make wall surface smooth and even complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L complete removal of existing Treatment of old decorated Surfaces of Walls andapplying Two Coats of DistemperOil Emulsionover a coat of primerover and including 2mm thick BIRLA/JK water proof wall care putty including rubbing with emmery paper to make wall surface smooth and even complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L Preparing old decorated Plaster Surfaces of Wall and applying One Coat of White Wash (any colour/ tint) complete all as specified and as directed. 15 M&L Preparing old decorated Plaster Surfaces of Ceiling and applying One Coat of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed. 16 M&L preparing new Surfaces of Ceiling and applying Three Coats of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M&L Preparing old decorated Plaster Surfaces of Wall and applying One Coat of oil bound distemper (any colour /tint) complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M&L Preparing old decorated plastered surfaces of Walls and applying One Coat of Cement Base Paint upto height of four storied building complete all as specified and as directed. 19 M&L Preparing new Surfaces of Walls and applying Two Coats of Cement Base Paintover a coat of primerupto height of four storied buildingcomplete all as specified and as directed. 20 M&L Preparing new plastered surfaces of Walls and applying Two Coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint Weather Coat over a coat ofalkalai resistance Primer (as per Manufacturer’s instructions),complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L Preparingold decorated plastered surfaces of Walls and applying OneCoats of Exterior Emulsion Paint Weather Coat (any colour /tint)(as per Manufacturer’s instructions), complete all as specified and as directed. 22 M&L Preparing old Wooden Surfaces of any description not otherwise decribed over 10 Cm width or girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality), complete all as specified and as directed. 23 S&F Sheet Glass 3.0mm thick ordinary quality glazing with Wooden Beads or Oil Putty in Square or Rectangular, not exc. 0.50 Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed. 24 S&F Figured Glass3.0mm thick, Pin Head / frosted type and glazing with Wooden Beads or Oil Putty in Square or Rectangular, not exc. 0.50 Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed. 25 M&L Preparing old Steel Surfaces of any description not otherwise decribed over 10 Cm width or girth and applying One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality), complete all as specified and as directed. 26 S&F Mirror Bevelled Edge 600x450mm, Selected quality Glass, mounted on 6.0mm thick AC Building Board or Commercial Ply-wood and fixed to Wooden Plugs with Chro-mium Plated Brass Screws and Cup Washers including Taking down unserviceable Mirror, complete all as specified and as directed. 27 S&F Chromium Plated 20mm dia brass chromium plated curtain rod withfixing brackets, stops, rollers etcas in repair complete all as specified and as directed. 28 S&FBracket for fixing Fancy type,Chromium Plated 20mm dia curtain rod/ drapery rod etc as in repair complete all as specified and as directed. 29 M& L Uprooting of tree from walls of bldgs up to extended root and spraying of acid of required quantity complete from any location of Bldg up to 4 storied and making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortar (1:4) or cement concrete type C1(1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary scafolding complete for tree of girth up to 5cm to10 cm complete all as specified and as directed.
