Tender For providing Of Certain Works Services For Induction Of Mrsam At Af Stn Suratgarh (Phase I)- 1 Demolition of Bituminous premix asphaltic dence concrete of any thickness in existing road complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition of Soiling and WBM of any specification and thickness in existing road complete all as specified and directed. 3 Dismantling of pavers blocks/tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or pointed, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Rough excavation not exceeding 1.50 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 5 Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting/filling with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power road roller complete all as specified and directed. 6 Material and labour for Material and labour for 200mm thick GSB granular sub base (compacted thickness) in two layers of 100 mm each of grading as per MORTH specifications & IRC by using mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using tandem vibratory roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:- Two layers of 10 Sqm shall be measured as a single unit. 7 Material and labour for wet mix macadam (WMM) of 225mm thick (compacted thickness) in three layers each layer 75 mm thick compacted separately with coarse aggregates of grading as per MORTH specifications & IRC by using mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using tandem vibratory roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:- Three layer of 10 Sqm shall be measured as a single unit. 8 Preparation of WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning by mechanical air compressor the cleaned surfaces to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Square Metre with mechanical pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed. 10 Material and labour for 50mm thick premix bituminous macadam (BM)with 4% binder content (using paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, laid,rolled with 8 tonne to 12 tonne power road roller andcompacted to required gradient and camber, consolidated complete all as specified and directed. 11 Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat with paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 Square Metre with mechanical pressure sprayer complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material & labour for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% (minimum) paving bitumen(VG-30) as a binder by weight of total mix and grading of aggregates & design criteria as specified in SSR Part -I clause no 20.B.2.5.4(e) & 20.B.2.11 and mix at hot mix plant, spread with mechanical paver, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with Tandom Vibratory roller and all as specified in para 20.B.4 & sub para 20.B.4 of MES Schedule Part I and as directed.Notes:-1. No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mixed is more than specified quantity.2. The Contractor is advised to assess the realistic quantity of binder for the Design Mix specified above before quoting. If considered necessary, they may get the Design Mix done on their own before quoting the Tender. However, the Design Mix done prior to quoting of Tender shall not be considered for incorporation in the Work after conclusion of Contract and shall have to be done as specified above. 13 Material, labour and applying road marking paint (2.0mm thick) centre line, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets & similar work on road surfaces as per IRC pattern, retro-reflective type of specified shade / colour using hot thermoplastic material by automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cleaning the road surface and remove all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as per direction. 14 Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 15 M& L Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick;watering, ramming/rolling andfinishing to required size, shape,etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base as specified and directed. 16 Material & labour for 100 mm thick compacted moorum or red bajri,spread watered rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber withwith 8 to 12 tonne capacity power road roller as in berms complete all as specified and directed. 17 Removing surplus excavated materials (soft/loose soil) to a distanceexceeding 1.5 km and depositing where directed at a level not exc 5 kmabove the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. 18 100 mm thick, PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base under floor complete all as specified and as directed. 19 25mm thick fine sand layer spread uniformly over sub base complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tiles/paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and no pigment including filling the joints upto full depth with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed. 21 Fixing only retrieved Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking tiles/paver block any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment including filling the joints upto full depth with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed. 22 Material & labour for continuous brick edging using full bricks of sub class B old size bricks with width equal to width of bricks laid dry on end vertically including embedding the bricks in ground and tamping the ground around the bricks, earth work and removal of surplus soil n exc 50 meter complete all as specified and directed.Note : - Each row will be measured separately. 23 Taking Up CI/DI water mains up to 100 mm dia from trenches (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead/tyton joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed. 24 All as per item No.23 here-in-before but size 80 mm bore 25 Taking up or down steel tubing of size 50 mm bore including all fittings and connections complete all as specefied and directed. jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. 41 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type, joint form work complete all as specified and as directed. 48 Taking downcarefully existing old Serviceable underground HT cable uptosize 95 Sqmm 3 Core core keeping aside for reusefrom trenches/ wall/pole complete all as specified and directed. 49 Relaying of cable upto 95 Sqmm 3 Core after rectification of defects in the same in trench/wall/pole or at any other location complete all as specified and directed. 50 Labour for bore hole 110 mm to 120 mm dia forroad crossing upto 1m depth from the road surfaceto pass the100 mm dia GIpipefor cable layingall as specified and as directed. 51 Supply and Fixing for galvanised iron tubing 100 mm dia light grade with all fitting laid under floor/road crossing or in trenches or fixed to pole /walls with clamps as required including sealing of pipe ends conductor of any size of 4 wire retrievedfromitem No.52 on polebinding of insulators and redoing all jumpering connection and insulator binding with aluminium conductor providing required T&P all as specified and directed. 60 M&L for Stay assy using 16mm dia galvanised rod complete all as shown in electrical plate No 1 of SSR Part I one all as specified and directed. (Clamps, loop insulator, earth work, PCC measured separately) 61 S&Ffor stay wire using galvanised steel strand of 7/3.15mm complete with necessary binding one all as specified and directed 62 S&F Loop type insulator, porcelian vitreousbrown of size 65x90mm and clearence hole 16mm all as specified and directed. 63 M & L for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous, enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made of 25x3m MS flat, bolts and nuts for HT 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed. 64 Dismentling and taking down carefully GOD, MS channel, HT cable, all insulators and other connected itemsfrom4 pole structure for re-useand shifting the same to other location within Air Force Station by any means of arrangementand testing complete all as specified and directed by. 65 Dismantling and taking down by removing HT and LT connection of indoor/outdoor type 11/0.433KV transformer of any capacityfrom existing plateform / 4 Pole / 2 Pole structure, lowering the same carefully and shifting to other location within Air Force Station as directed with and including reinstallation by any means of arrangementand testing complete all as specified and directed. 66 Taking down/Removing existing Steel poles HT/LT for shifting from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: Damaged poles shall be removed from site and deposit to E&M Store as per direction. 67 Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug bolts, nuts, screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 Mtr long) incl embossing the manufacturers name and IS No of pole and erecting in position all as specified and directed incl painting the exposed portion with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and internally through out plus embedded portion with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat red oxide primer and painting of 30 cm wide red and white strips upto 1.5 mtr from bottom of the errected pole including marking of pole number complete all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately. 68 M & L for MS works, cross arms, bracing, support clamps and back plate fabricated out of structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending hot or cold, cutting, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed and including one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed 69 Refixing of old serviceable steel tubular swaged poles obtained from item Sr. No: 66 herein before after dismantling, 9.0 M long and erecting in new location (within 2 Kms distance) or asdirected at site including painting the exposed portion with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and painting of 30 cm wide red and white strips upto 1.5 mtr from bottom of the errected pole including marking of pole number complete all as specified and directed.
