| 1 | M&L complete removal of existiing damaged PU flooring by heating or by manually, including removal of floor grouting points and preparation of old exisiting concrete floor surface of any description and in any position by brooming down / wire brushing, mechanical floor gouting, blower, vaccum cleaner etc. levelling the floor and providing 6mm (minimum) thick polyurathane based anit static flooring system laid with adhesive all as specified by manufacturerand as directed. |
| 2 | M&L for surface preparation, opening of cracks (if any) in V shape, removing and cleaning joints and filling the same with polyurathene and sealnt after priming the existing surface as specified by manufacturer and as directed. |
| 3 | M&L for removing and cleaning old sealnt/bitumen joints (expansion/consturction/dummy) and filling the same with polyurathane sealant after prmining the surface all as specififed by manufcturer and as directed. |
| 4 | M&L for preparation of surface, supply of material and application of polyurathane based demarcation system (10 to 25 cm wide lines) all as specified by manufacturer and as directed. |
| 5 | M&L for repair to broken/damage portion of concrete slab or pavement by cutting damaged portion of slab/spoil edges to triangular/rectangular cross section with mechanical cutter and removing all loose and foreign materials and depositing the same to outside MoD land and cleaning the surface by compressed air to remove all dust dirt etc. and washing with hydrochloric acid and filling epoxy resin mortar after application of epoxy primer as per manufacture instructions with bull nosing the edges completeall as specified and directed.Note:(i) Material obtained from damaged portion shall be removed to out side MoD land.(ii) Working hours may be restricted due to flying operations.(iii) Unit quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of power supply required for cutting of damaged portion of concrete slab. |
| 6 | Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 8 | M&L preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper with roller brush, white or tinted over 1.5 mm thick wall care putty using mechanical means complete all as specified and directed. |
| 9 | M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including cornice etc. and applying one coat of acrylic distemper in any colourusing mechanical means complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint over 1.5 mm thick putty, using mechanical means complete all as specified and directed. |
| 11 | M&L for preparation of old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in camouflage pattern using mechanical means complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M&L for preparation of old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (silver colour) using mechanical means complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in floors and paving of any description and in any postion not otherwise specifically provided and removing rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | M&L for cement concrete work in pavement / hardstanding of flexural strength 40 kg per Sqcm in field using minimum 400 Kg of cement per cum including forming required required construction joint and filling polyurathane sealant, including necessary formwork etc. complete all as specified and directed. |
