Tender For Repair/Maintenance Of Ac Plants, Ahu And Other Allied Works At Af Station Salua- 1 S&F in repair expansion valve required for AC plant of Capacity 5.5 TR Completeallas specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge . 2 M&L forcleaning of evaporatorcoils of AC plant ofcapacity 5.5 TRas per Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) reccommendations to remove the dust particle formed onthe coil & fins,cleaning of liquid lines stainer expansion valve completeallas specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge . 3 Comprehensive servicingfor Package type 5.5 TR AC as per Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) reccommendations for a period of sixmonthsinstalled at various locations through OEMs Authorised Service Centre Engineers or through OEMs Certified Agencies as approved by GE,including cleaning of condensor ,carrying out necessary repairs,cleaning of filters, adjustments of assemblies, sub-assemblies, check the level of refrigerant, arresting the leakage of any type, replacement of parts, calibration including cleaning of condensor & eveporator coils fins with mild detergent and descaling of condensor coil for ACetc. or as per OEM check list throughCertified Agencies as approved by GE, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out existing burnt out compressor of package type AC 5.5 TR Capacity and supply and fixing sealed unit compresser of existing capacity , as per OEMs specifications,single phase, 230 V AC supply initialy filledwith compressor oil/gas as speciifed by Engr-in-charge and testing on load for 24 hrs in summer complete allas specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge . 5 Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out existing burnt out compressor of package type AC 11 TR Capacity and supply and fixing sealed unit compresserof existing capacity , as per OEMs specifications, single phase, 230 V AC supply initialy filledwith compressor oil/gas as speciifed by Engr-in-charge and testing on load for 24 hrs in summer complete allas specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge. 6 Supply fixing in replacement of V Belt of size A-28, A-32 suitable for 5.5 TR Capacitypackage Unit AC as per OEMs specifications all as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge . 7 M&Lmicro filter for AC Plant of capacity 5.5 TR as per OEMs specifications complete all as specified 8 Taking out blower motor shaft from AC plant of capacity 5.5 TR , welding and grinding on lathe machine to make suitable allignment with bearing then refixed as per Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) reccommendations completeall as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge 9 S&F in replacement of outdoor fan motor for package AC plant of capacity 5.5 TR as per OEMs specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge 10 S&F in repair fan blade of outdoor unit ofAC plant of capacity 5.5 TR as per OEMs specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge 11 S&F connector for30-40 AMPS , 440 volts as per OEMs specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge 12 S&FAuto change over switch for package type AC plant 11 TRas per OEMs specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engg- in - charge 13 Supply and chargingR-22 gas to maintain the required cooling effect as and when required in the split AC/ window type AC & other cooling applinces(charging cost including in this item) complete allas specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge . 14 Supply and chargingR-407C Gas to maintain the required cooling effect as and when required in the Package type AC plant including (charging cost including in this item) complete allas specified and directed by Engr- in- Charge . 15 S&F in replacement of insulationNnytriyle rubber 1/6 sizeas per OEMs specificationsincluding fixing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 16 All as per item No 16.00 here-in-before but 1/8size as per OEMs specifications including fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 17 All as per item No 16.00 here-in-before but5/8size as per OEMs specifications including fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 18 S&F in replacement of Copper pipe of size 1/4size as per OEMs specifications including fixing by brazing and jointingall as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 19 All as per item No 19.00 here-in-before butsize 1/2size as per OEMs specificationsincluding fixing by brazing and jointingall as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 20 All as per item No 19.00 here-in-before but size5/8size as per OEMs specifications including fixing by brazing and jointingall as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. 21 Supply and chargingNitrogen gas Gas for finding out leakage as and when required as specified and directed by Engr in charge. 22 S&F in replacement ofPrinted Circuit Boardwith CT coil complete suitable for 16.5 TR capacity Package type AC Plant as per OEMs specifications complete all as specified and directed 23 Supply & fixingin replacement ofCapacitor 36 MFDcomplete all as specified by Engr- in- Charge as per OEMs specifications complete all as specified and directed 24 Supply & fixingin replacement ofCapacitor 50+6 MFD as per OEMs specifications complete all as specified and directed
