Certain Repair To Geyser, Fans And Other Misc Items At Af Stn Awantipur-- 1 Taking down carefully electric geyser of any type and capacity complete opening of the geyser and replacing the defective parts including disconnecting electric and water supply connection and reassembling after cleaning and replacing defective parts and re-installing the same in original position and making necessary electric and water supply connection and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Note :- Any accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced under respective items of this Sch. 2 Supply only, syphon assembly with rubber gasket, including nuts, bolts, washers etc of following capacity geysers:- 3 (a)50 Ltrs capacity geysers. 4 (b)35 Ltrs capacity geysers. 5 (c)25 Ltrs capacity geysers. 6 Supply and fixing in repairs 15mm bore GI tubing , medium grade, with all fitting fixed to wall and flores etc, making holes, complete all as specified and directed. 7 Supply only inner tank, vessel made of MSsheet 22 gauge all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-ChargeISI marked factory madefor suitable pressure following capacity:- 8 (a)50 Ltrs capacity . 9 (b)35 Ltrs capacity. 10 (c)25 Ltrs capacity. 11 Supply and fixing of Heating element capacity 1.5 KW (Round/Triangular) ISI marked suitable for geyser (as per sample), complete all as specified and directed. Make-Microne/Globo/Daspas. 12 All as per srl item No-05 above but capacity 2 KW, complete all as specified and directed. 13 All as per srl item No-05 above but capacity 3 KW, complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply onlyglass wool heat insulation superior quality suitable for geyser of capacity 25/35/50 Ltrs. 15 Supply and fixing of PVC insulated shethed cable 3 core flexible copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm fire proof, complete all as specified and directed. 16 Supply and fixing of drain plug for geyser, complete all as specified and directed. 17 Supply and fixing of safety valve for geyser, complete all as specified and directed. 18 Supply and fixing of indicator lamp for geyser of any type as per existing in geyser, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 Supply and fixing of thermostat switch suitable for 50/35/25 ltrs capacity geysers, complete all as specified and directed 20 Supply and fixing of push type thermostat switch suitable for 50/35/25 ltrs capacity, complete all as specified and directed 21 M&L for spray painting to water heather of capacity25 Ltrs to 50 Ltrs capacity by spraying two coats of synthetic enamel paint after filling cavities with filler and cleaning dust etc., complete all as specified and directedby Engineer –in-Charge incl writing MES number. 22 Taking down existing unserviceable outer cover and supply and fix new outer cover of geyser capacity 25 Ltrs, complete all as specified and directed. 23 All as per Srl item No 16 above but capacity 50 ltrs, complete all as specified and directed. 24 Taking down unserviceable bottom cover plates (2 half) and supply and fix with new bottom cover plates with machine columns of geyser of capacity 25/50 Ltrs, complete all as specified and directed. 25 Supply and fix in replacement MCB single pole 240 volts any rating from 20 amps, with rupturing capacity 10 KA, class C, including providing thimble for out going cables, complete all as specified and directed. 26 S&F of PVC connection mesh type for cold/Hot water as per sample, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 27 S&F 15 Amps three pin socket suitable for metal clad, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 28 S&F 15 Amps three pin Top suitable for metal clad, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 29 S&F stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down with butterfly or crunch handle of size 15mm bore ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed. 30 S&F single pole and nuetral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket completewith one single pole MCB up to 20 amp ,240 volts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 31 Replacement of old unserviceable anchor bolt with anchor bolt 12mm 100mm long, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Achor bolt shall be grouted with hammer drill only). 32 Disconnecting electrically dismantling and taking out electric energy meter any type and capacity and depositing to MES Store Yard, complete all as specified and directed. 33 Repair to electronic energy meter single phase/three phase up to 60 Amps after disconeeting proper electric coneection from main board and refixing in same or other location incl sealing properlead seals and wires as required, complete all as specified and directed . 34 S&F in replacement of wiring for submain with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded, single core, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade 2 x 4 sqmm complete drawn in and includindg casing caping ISI marked of suitable size and its accessories along with 1x 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded for continuous earth wire including making good the disturbed surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 35 S&F in replacement of wiring for submain with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded, single core, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade 2 x 6 sqmm complete drawn in and includindg casing caping ISI marked of suitable size and its accessories along with 1x 6 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded for continuous earth wire including making good the disturbed surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 36 S&F in replacement of wiring for submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded, single core, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade 2 x 10 sqmm complete drawn in and includindg casing caping ISI marked of suitable size and its accessories along with 1x 10 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded for continuous earth wire including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified. 37 S&F in replacement of wiring for submain wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded, single core, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade 4 x 10 sqmm complete drawn in and includindg PVC conduit ISI marked of suitable size and its accessories along with 1x 10 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, multi stranded for continuous earth wire including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified. 38 Supply and fixing in replacement Meter box IP-65 for 3 meters with triangular locks of size 300x450x170 mm transparent LID of Cat part No Mi 0400 T of Hensel or equivelent to HPL /Indoasian includingcutting and chases wall and removing old metal or wooden box and fitted new box and match the disturbed surface with existing specification by required PCC andplastering work, complete all as specified and directed. 39 S&F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure DB SPN 8 way, double door, 230 volts AC, surface mounting complete with suitable busbar, neutral link & earth link suitable for MCB DP/SPN as incomer & MCB SP as outgoing, complete all as specified and directed. 40 S&F in replacement of sheet metal enclosure DB TPN 4 way, double door, 415 volts AC, surface mounting complete with suitable busbar, neutral link & earth link suitable for MCB TP/TPN as incomer & MCB SP as outgoing, complete all as specified and directed. 41 S&F in replacement of MCBs, SP, 6-32 Amps, 230 volts,10 kA rupturing capacity, B curve type, complete all as specified and directed. 42 S&F in replacement of MCBs, SPN, 40-63 Amps, 230 volts, 10 kA rupturing capacity, C curve type, complete all as specified and directed. 43 S&F in replacement of MCBs, TPN, 40-100 Amps, 415 volts, 10 KA rupturing capacity, C curve type, complete all as specified and directed. 44 S&F in replacement offan capacitor with wire terminals of capacity 2.5 Mfd, 230 volts AC, complete all as specified and directed. 45 S&F in replacement of fan capacitor with wire terminals of capacity 3.15 Mfd, 230 volts AC, complete all as specified and directed. 46 S&F in replacement of fan capacitor with wire terminals of capacity 4.0 Mfd, 230 volts AC all as specified. 47 S&F in replacement of rubber reel suitablefor ceiling fan/Ex fan/cabin fan of any type/make/size all as specified. 48 S&F in replacement of down rod of 1 height fabricated out of MS pipe 10 mm dia heavy duty duly painted with white paint suitable to hang ceiling fan of any description, make and model complete all as specified. 49 S& F only in replacement of heavy gauge ceiling fan hanging clamp fabricated out of MS flat with nut bolts with split pins complete all as specified 50 M&L for overhauling of fan of any type and any make by opening, cleaning, greasing, oiling of fan motor after testing the faults including replacement of minor parts and re-assembling, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Spare parts & winding shall be measured and paid separately). 51 S&F in replacement of ball bearing suilable for ceiling/exhaust/cabin/wall/pedestrial fan of any type/make/size, complete all as specified and directed. 52 S&F in replacement of bush suitable for ceiling/exhaust/cabin/wall/pedestrial fan of any type/make/size including namda if required, complete all as specified and directed. 53 S&F in replacement Fan dimmer 6electronic dimmers, 450W, 250V flush type on the exiting phenolic laminated sheet etc., complete all as specified and directed. 54 Transportation of rotor of fan to work shop for rewinding/repair work and returning back to site complete all as specified.(Note:- Rewinding will be measured and paid separately.) 55 M&L for removing old/burnt winding, cleaning of slots/pitches by using cleaning material by removing the insulating materials and then rewinding (i.e renewal of winding) the fans with appropriate/same gauge of super enamelled copper wire and insulating material, varnishing, drying the winding for adequate periodto remove the moisture content and strengthening the winding and testing to the speed and flow of the fans any make all as specified for the following type of fans:- (a)Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep 56 (b)Exhaust fan 300/380/450 mm sweep 57 (c)Wall mounted/cabin fan 400/450 mm sweep 58 (d)Pedestal fan 400/450mm sweep 59 S&F in replacement of fan blades heavy duty of any make suitable for exsiting pattern and colour scheme including screws all as specified for following type of fans:- (a)Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep (set of three blades) 60 (b)Exhaust fan 300/380/450 mm sweep 61 (c)Wall mounted/cabin fan 400/450 mm sweep 62 (d)Pedestal fan 400/450mm sweep 63 S&F of Ceiling fan canopy made up of plastic of desired colour complete with taking down the Fan and reinstall after fixing of canopy to the Fan, complete all as specified and as directed. 64 M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI wire 4 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board /panel/ test point at the other including watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 20 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil, complete all as specified. 65 M&L for plate earthing complete and directed. 70 S&F in replacement LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum housing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP65/66 protection, complete all as specified and directed. 71 Supply and fixing GI Bracket bent to shape (warm white/cool white 4000K), 220 volts AC with high efficiency PMMA diffuser, soft glare free light complete with suitable driver, holders & including suitable LED lamp suitable for POP/Gypsum/roof ceiling including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose including cutting of false ceiling in suitable size & making good the disturbed surfaces& matching with the existing surface including making of electrical connection with & including three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size, complete with all accessories all as specified. 74 S&F in replacement of factory made load line DBs double door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet with insulating material like polyester epoxy quoted surface mounting 4 way TPN 415 volts, vertical type, surface mounting with suitable busbar, neutral link & earth link suitable for MCCB TP as incomer & MCB SP/TP as out going complete with & including one No. MCCB 100 Amps 3 pole 25 kA fixed type for incoming complete all as specified. 75 M&L for Flameproof point wiring including taking down with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLS-694 cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including stove enamelled steel conduit ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, on surface as required on site and as specified and directed with all connected accessories including one single core multistranded PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS type, 1100 volts grade, 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity cable including pressed steel terminal boxes made out of MS sheet not less than 1.2mm thick duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer with 3mm thick laminated sheed cover for mounting of switches, socket,for One light controlled by one switch,complete all as specified and as directed. 76 Supply and fixing in replacement LED light fitting 1x16 Watt flameproof, CRAI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protectionwith die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. 77 Supply and fixing in replacement LED light fitting 2x16 Watt flameproof, CRAI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protectionwith die cast aluminum hosing with heat as directed. 79 Note:-An amount of Rs. 27,027.50 on account of credit schdule for Sch A Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
