(Note :-Contractor should visit the site to understand site condition/distance between the complaint cell to the AOR before coating the rates. No claim in this regard will be entertained during execution stage). 2 Repairs and checking any type of leakages in GI/CI/DI/PP-R Pipe lines, sluice valves, gate valves of any type and size, no water supply and other water related complaints as directed. 3 All as per item No 1 here-in-before but for GI/PP-R pipe line of size20 mm dia to 40 mm bore. 4 All as per item No 1 here-in-beforebut for GI/CI/ PP-R pipe line of size 50 mm dia to 80 mm bore. 5 All as per item No 1 here-in-beforebut for GI/CI/PP-Rpipe line of size 90 mm dia to 150 mm bore. 6 All as per item No 1 here-in-before but for GI/CI/DI pipe line of size 200 mm dia to 300 mm bore. 7 M&L for attending break down of water supply pipe line at Military area / Military Roads /civil Roads /PWD Roads /Cantt board roadsand repair s to CI/DI/PPR/MSwater mains of size 80 mm to 400 mm bore at a given notice including necessary excavation in mud, in any type of soil , PCC,RCC, hard rock etcby manual or using special T&P such as JCB etc.De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, fixing of CI specials such as collars, bends/tail peaces etc and making joints complete all as specified and as directed including making good of disturbed surfaces..Notes for Sl item No 1.01 to 1.06:-(a)The contractor will be alloted complaints at MES complaint cell on daily basis on all working days including Sundays and holidays and sufficient tradesman / resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day comaplaints within 12 hours from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of genuine cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b)A detailed log book of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consulatation with JE E&M/Engr-in-Charge. Red paint and writingcapacityof tank, date of cleaning and due date of cleaning on waqlls as specified and as directed.(h) The wire mesh of ventilaters of the tank shall be replaced with new GI wire mesh. 215 Over head tank of 100000 Gallons capacity at Dhruva Enclave. 216 Over head tank of 150000 Gallons capacity at Dhruva Enclave. 217 Semi under ground sump of 11000 Gallons capacity at CDM/OTM. 218 M & L for Water level indiactor, ISI marked suibale for 1.5/1.0 Lakh Gallon Over head water tank made out of MS sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick duly framed with Angle iron 50mmx50mmx5mm, painted withtwo coat synthetic enamelled white paint over a coat of red oxide primer, embossing /paste of water scale with red colour radium tapeincluding sutable fixing arrengement, wire rope, float , scale etc as in repairs complete all as specified and directed. 219 ELECTRIC SUPPLYM&L for attending, repair and rectification of external LT electric supply complaints on up to 1100Volts grade, over head/underground system alongwith necessary T&P, safety devices as per site requirement for the following type of complaints complete all as specified and directed:- 220 Replacement of worn out jumpers, jointing and tightening with new ACSR conductor.Note:- Single phase/two wire or 3 phase/4 wire system will be considered as one job for payment purpose. 221 Disconnecting from over head conductor, cutting worn out portion of LTcables of any type and size, carry out repairs including taking out cables from under ground loop line and rejoining the same to restore electric supply.Note :- (i) LT Jointing Kits, Cable protection Pipe if required at site will be measured and paid separately.(ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting and removing the pole coping and inserting the cable alongwith protection pipes. 222 Taking down old unsv Street light / flood lightfittings in any position of any capacity forRepair by replacement of unsv spares ( SPD / Driver / Mcpcb etc ) and re-fixing the same in existing location.Note:- Spares for repair of street light fittings will be measured and paid under respective items.Notes for Item Nos 1.01 to 1.04 :-(a)The contractor will be allotted complaints at MES complaint cell on daily basis on all working days and sufficient resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day complaint within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of sufficient cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint.
