(Lot No.12), 1 Dismantling existing plaster, including disposal of refuseas directed by theEngineer-in-charge with in distance of 60m. 2 12mm cement plaster in sigle coat in single storey building finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all L/M, T&P etcincluding the Dismantling existing plaster, including disposal of refuseas directed by theEngineer-in-charge with in distance of 60m. 3 Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer- in- charge with in a distance of 60m. 4 Providing and applying plaster of putty 2mm thickness over plasterd surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 5 One priming coat and two coat oil bound distemper includingsupply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work. 6 Providing & applying white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 7 Paintingor varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superiorquality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work .(Paint to be used should conform to the ISI no -103-1950.) 8 Providing and fixing 600x450 mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats withC.P. brass screws and washers complete. 9 Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water strorege tank ISI:12701 marked with over and suitable locking arrangement an macking necessary holes for inlet, out let and over flow pipes but with out fittings and the base support for tank.500 Litr. 10 P/F 10 Ltr. low levelPVC Cistern of standard approved make complete with all accessories and fitting. 11 P/F wash basin with single hole /number of holes for pillar tap with C.I or M.S. brackets painted white including cutting hole & making god the same but excluding fittings. 12 Providing and fixing Panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws. Excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note. Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) 13 Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. (a) 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws 14 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
