    Tender For Ventilation And Pressurisation System - 1 Supply of Following Itemson FOT Dispatch Point Basis (Including all taxes and Duties excluding GST) as per complete scope of MR. 2 Supply of Following Items as per MR scope MR Sr.No 01.01 :Tag No : 03-LB-00-001Ventilation and Pressurisation System for Switchgear hall 3 Unloading at site, handling, transportation to store and from store to work site, storage at site, assembly at site, installation, testing, precommissioning, painting, insulation, commissioning, performance guarantee test run, handing over toclient and other field works including minor civilstructural work for the following, as per the enclosed EIL standard specifications, instructions to vendors, job specification, data sheets etc.NOTE : The Quoted site work charges shall be minimum 20% of the quoted supply prices. In case a supplier quotes site work charges lesser than 20% of supply price, the differential charges shall be retained from supply prices and shall be paid along with last 10% payment of supply which will be paid after completion of work. 4 MR S.No 02.01 : Site work For Sr. No. 01.01 [03-LB-00-001] 5 Supply of Mandatory Spares as per Job specification of Ventilation & Pressurisation system [Refer Note-2 of MR Top Sheet][Note: No additional freight charges shall be payable for Mandatory Spares since it shall be dispatched with main item (Sl. No. 01.01 of MR) and shall be deemed to be included in freight charges of the main item (Sl. No. 01.01 of MR)] 6 MR S.No 04.01 : Mandatory Spares For Sr. No. 01.01 [03-LB-00-001]
