(iii) Steel inserts to be provided in joints/hinges to make the structure durable. (iv) The entire structure should be painted with three coats of wood paint and one final coat of resin paint. Note: Visit to site and discussion with engineers is a must in this case. Design will be submitted by the bidder. 17 Safety enclosure around the UTM Model No. BSUT-200 JD.Specifications: (i) The prime purpose of manufacturing this enclosure should be safety of the working personnel. The structure should be designed in such a way that safety and ergonomics, both are taken care of. (ii) The enclosure should be such that the largest sample can be easily loaded onto the machine.(iii) The enclosure should have the facility to cater for regular and routine maintenance work and should not be a hindrance for the maintenance personnel.(iv) The enclosure should be of such material that the engineer/operator is able to see the samples during the tests.(v) The entire structure should be painted wherever required with primer and finally with two coats of corrosion resistant paint of suitable colour.Note: Visit to site and discussion with engineers is a must in this case.
