Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete. 5 Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed 6 Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm metal including cost and Conveyance of all site etc. Complete. 7 Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. 8 Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle 9 Column 10 Basement to Top of Parapet 11 Lintel / Roof Beam / Roof Slab / Bottom 12 Sunshade 13 Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs 14 Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc,Complete complying with stanard specification. 15 Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 16 Plastering with CM 1:4, 20mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2. 17 Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 18 Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required dses 19 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick. With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth 20 Paving the floor with scratch proof design ceramic tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:3, 20mm thick.
